Why not use your mathematical and charting genius to point out to Pinn/Adept they lost 57% I think from their high, or to MXC shareholders ( encompassing this )they lost 40% from theirs.

Hummy right though isn't he? No matter how much you rubbish this company, it's done well and is moving forward. And the Wentworth contract is a further very positive step. Though it has caused some 'uncertainty' in your mind as a non investor. It's a contract as per. the RNS. Get over it.

More than one contract I believe, and as pointed out , ERP is said to be particularly customer sensitive. It's expensive in relative terms, and subject to greater individual negotiation. It is also, as mentioned, the 'landmark' nature of the deal in Australia with the 'critical' acquisition AND the 3 solutions Sold alongside, INCLUDING the 365 solution under the agreement where Castleton get to keep all the revenue, which seems on the up. Excellent news for the company expanding its base in a new geography.

Can you explain in practical terms as it affects Castleton this notion you have of the Wentworth Contract RNS relating to a placing?

Talk about stagnation! Pretty much down across the board in the MXC stable. Overall, this one probably the best performer. And we know Kestrel at least been buying loads. Castleton RNSs at least been very positive. Seems they're making headway on the cross selling, adding to repeat revenue, and then there's the recent Australia thing. Bit disappointed with the Dutch angle, but that is resellers. Got our own management in Sydney so hope that will prove better. I think with integration done we'll move on better now, with other irons in the fire.

And you know you and other names kept banging on about 365, and the licence deal. Looks like that's working out on the upside for Castleton too. There you go..........

You forecast 45p on 19th. October when price 66p. Now 68p. Going up! ( unless you're in Australia perhaps )

Profit, organic growth, new customers, positive move in Australia, new CEO and old one looking at new strategy and key clients. Very good.

Incidentally, it seems ERP providers are notoriously coy about advertising the cost, as apart from anything else there are so many variables, and it tends to be a matter of individual negotiation. It may not therefore be surprising that no cost for this one contract has been RNS'd.

On the nose there. I too laughed at the move on adept. Got that spectacularly wrong!

There is improved cash conversion from 40% or so to 86%, and they tell us about that. That will improve. We know it's not for you. You're here regularly to tell us that.

The RNS talks of a landmark contract and it is significant, using big ERP together with some of the other solutions. They also talk of a local management team. Wentworth are already there, so does it mean Castleton have more staff on the ground there now than what Kypera had? I think so. We know Kypera pty as known in Australia was advertising. The Wentworth Contract also shows the benefits that Castleton's suite of products can bring to the Australian market which represents a significant opportunity for the Group. Having put in place a local management team, the Wentworth contract is evidence of how Castleton can capitalise on this market opportunity as we increase our capabilities and presence in this geography.

It's just possible that the strategy and new client relationships on which Smith is said to be now concentrating relate to opening up the Australian side. Just conjecture, though the timing may of course be coincidental.

Yvey may be right.........a Tony Smith acquisition? Personally I'd like to see one in Australia too.. Better plan altogether - do as they did here and buy in a customer base if that's possible to push things on.,

It's always possible they wil raise funds again.....Tony Smith seemed to think they might need to. Last funds raised at premium of 85.6, with MXCP/BGF getting the best deal they could.

Got to be worth a line in the mags too, alongside the move into profit success.
