Cash of £3.8m equivalent to about 40p a share, leaving the business valued at around 7x EBITDA of 19p. Compares well with Air Partner (12x earnings) which itself is seen as cheap. Hangar 8 is worth a lot more than £2 a share.

Would this explain the sudden share price drop yesterday? If it's a competitor surely this is beneficial to SRT? Or is it an SRT subsidiary?

Does anyone know how much this might work out per share?

Eclectic stake valued at the £7.3m loan equivalent to 92p a share. Eclectic intends to float with £20m valuation. Avanti has 60% stake, so that's worth about £12m. Bit confused but I reckon stake would be worth around 150p a share, which implies 50% upside and the rest (cash, investments) thrown in for free. Any thoughts please???

10,000 shares at £1 - a good sign, surely?!

RNS on 20th August stating EGM on 19th September to approve buying own shares, so should soon see price rise as company buys in the market. It'll help increase NAV and hopefully discount will narrow. IC target 220p.

Simon Thompson of IC did an online article on Friday with a 220p 3-month target price, hence the buying.

Simon Thompson of IC gave online buy recommendation with target of 140p ahead of results and news of farm out deal.

Interim results should be out late September and there is hope that the "farm out" deal will be announced around about the same time.

Ex dividend 31st July for payment 30th August. Next ex-div 11th Sept for payment 27th Sept.

Does anyone know where there are so many sells? Is this a bought of profit taking or is something bad happening in the Tamila Nadu region?

Great online IC article by Simon Thompson. Strong asset backing including cash in the bank and its HQ building. Porfitable business thrown in for free. Profits and dividend expected to rise. 90p target.

I bought shares in a different company this week and my trade was shown as a sell too. Confusing!! Still, hoping for 21p for Netplay with interims out on 10 September.

My 'Buy' this morning is shown as a 'Sell' so makes you wonder how accurate some trade info is. Still, a good 6.5% in dividends within 6 weeks, a promise to keep returning capital to shareholders and lots of intrinsic value built in.
