Have watched this for a while (not invested) and have become wary of ST / IC tips (I always seem to be on the wrong side of them or pick the wrong ones). Asset values suggest this should be £3+ but the value of shares (and collectibles) are decided by the market. Beauty in the eye, etc. As far as I can tell sales were simply delayed so this year's figures should be better than last year's. No help I'm sorry but equally bemused / intrigued.

Many thanks all. I think the company is interesting and its model is certainly in a growth area. I just wish I knew how to read accounts! May dip in a toe. Certainly keeping an eye on this one. ST in IC magazine recently recommended a residential care company but I know there is a move away from res care.

Difference of opinion, then! Extra Care is certainly the way forward with local authorities looking to reduce demand on residential care by providing more community-based services and other alternatives. I just wish I could work out what this company is actually worth! If wishes were horses...! Does Jollyspeculator have an opinion on this one?

If net assets are £13.8m (RNS 30th January 2015) does that mean the 'true' value of this company is about 20p per share?
