Yes, states in document that capital reduction is to buy back shares / return as dividends. Plenty in the development pipeline but seems slow to get planning permission. Theresa May heading off soon to allay fears of cancelling Hinkley which I take as positive long term for Wylfa. To be honest I'm just waiting for buyback to push the price up a bit more. NAV is about 200p, previous buybacks have been around up to 170p. Simon Thompson Investors Chronicle article recently put 180 target. I'd be happy to see 170-175. Worth a lot more further ahead though.
