So we need the rig to do some clean up of the wells but will also have a ship that , if I have understood correctly can do most if not all of the other operations involved in setting up everything ready for the FPSO . If I have got that right does it mean we have the rig paid for and available to put pressure gauges in one of the holes in Halifax, drill deeper into the l st Halifax drill and maybe put a hole in Warwick while the other vessel works at the EPS site or shall I just go to bed and shut up as its been a long day. O/T Some good results so far today legally and financially and even the article on armed trawlers/Submarines/liners in the Mediterranean in WW1: His Majesty's Trawler Abergeldie was a corker..... 1other armed trawler off Lowestoft shot down two German seaplanes - one during a torpedo run when it was just feet above the water and then when his mate came in to try and rescue him the trawler damaged it so that it could not take off - so on just getting out of the harbor he bagged two planes and 4 crew -- retrospective ship watching altho seems similar to what you guys are doing now for which I thank you - and g'night
and have a great trip!
Is the Horn or the Straits of Hormuz likely to get hairy again - does this mean Suez for the AM ?
Monday's volumes will be indicative and closely related to the Bollinger lines - waggle your wings Chalkie
Nice one Toad!
you could possibly get another FPSO to check the fit of the bouy whilst it is Dubai or perhaps any time prior to the AM being attached ....... sorry if its drivel just musing
and you would probably then use the same manufacturer and fitter - so same place at Dubai ? Re-fit or new build - we know they re-fit - do they build as well?
??? If no farm in etc then we could drill and appraise via the EPS a well 6Km heading towards Halifax - perhaps . That way we make more money and do further tests - more of the present planned tests perhaps or more complex 3 well permutations which may be of more value. The extra money gained allowing further appraisal elsewhere. If we get a partner of some description maybe this then allows further appraisal without a further Lancaster well. And still musing (without any technical knowledge) would a well on Lancaster allow the suppliers : rig, fpso , surf an easy way to become partners - paid by extra oil produced perhaps? - And perhaps any of the combination of the above is possible.More ways to show the big boys we can keep going perhaps?

Keep posting China - don't let the bullies win.
I'm in favour of the merger - a nifty two step plan to transition into the NFB well done Tim et al - the SFB was and probably still is worth a try. Hopefully we will survive - what do we need to know about Chatham? - Shanus any chance of one of your excellent summaries on this please?
Guess I need to find out more about this one now then
