I was invested in Prem in February 2024, George Roach promised that everything would be fine at the Zulu plant by the end of the month, and it would not take to the end of the month, Monday morning came and the share price did not act as I thought it should so I sold my Prem shares, I am glad I did or else I would be like many on here, bitter and twisted like the educated stupid people, would cannot tell the wood from the trees and are just stuck in their own little nightmare world talking about the past.

I have respect for the Prem share holders who have admitted to themselves that they made a mistake in not selling at 1p, and they should have voted George Roach out of the company years before he left, if that had happened the share price would be in a much better place than it is today, but these long term shares holders still have faith in the vision of Premier African Minerals, and so do I.

Kaltersee, the stupid people are those people that was always preaching about doing your own research. they did not, they decided to follow others, and when things went belly up they looked for others to blame, why are you talking about the liar George Roach, we all know what a terrible job he done at Prem.

Habitual, The next RNS is Canmax getting shares at 0.185. And then the next RNS after that is Goddard getting paid in shares at 0.0185. So that’s another 2-3 billion shares in issue. Another 10-% dilution.

And then third RNS will be a placing at 0.008 at the end of March.

Hi SprintRS, I do hear you, all the concerns that you raise are valid, but we have to trust the plan which is clearly unfolding in front of our eyes, I am not going to be foolish and say that there will not be another raise, but I am looking at the charts which have been broken today, I am looking at the share price to recover quickly, which will show confidence and strength in Prem.

My get out of jail free card is still Glencore who placed a LOI on the Prems table in April of last year, that LOI has not been withdrawn to my knowledge, I think they are waiting in the wing, what if Glencore took a stake in Prem, or wanted buy Prem outright, I have faith in the management, I have faith in Prem, watching the charts.

Hey raaydaar and habitual I could have posted that the Prem shares looked like it was heading down I did not want to do that, but I did say that Prem shares could go as low as 0,0045, I do not expect the shares to go that low, I expect to see buyers come in the next day or so and bring the share price right back up to where it started at the beginning of the week.

To me the 17th of April becomes even more real with the RNS and the flotation plant arrival, Acker is talking about a re- rate, now all I am looking for is the entry point to enter the trade in Prem shares.

Another sick and demonic post by habitual, Mostly I just feel bad for anyone that invests in prem. I keep reminding people that if you invested when Graham joined last year you’d be down 92% today. And if you invest today, by April you’ll be down another 90%. It’s refreshing to see no one investing in prem anymore. A savings account at 0.5% will earn you more than investing in prem.

I have been watching Prem shares for some time, I had brought shares when the 10/1 stock split happened, I sold my shares when the shares did not move in the way I expected, it would have cost to much to buy a few million shares, now is a good time to buy Perm shares.

The spodumene price does matter, it gives potential investors like Glencore even more reason to invest in Prem, and before the child Incredaboy starts, Glencore has not retracted their LOI.
