It’s a joke Bloom, I own some Victorian properties, they don’t have cavity’s, some not even a loft hatch, we are making a start, all building material prices have gone through the roof (pardon the pun) but insulation 🤦‍♂️ they are profiteering.

And different inspectors give different scores, it’s bent.

I’m not surprised landlords are leaving, EPC - C and yet owner occupier can do nothing, I said earlier in the week, loft insulation at £45 a roll and a typical house needing 8-10 rolls, it’s a joke.

Walking a minimum of 5000 steps a day has brought my blood pressure down by 15-20 points and avoiding salt as much as I can.

I am extremely fortunate at the moment that I am in good health, I have high blood pressure which I’m trying to control through exercise and diet and trying to avoid medication.

My dear mother has severe dementia, and one of my employees and close freind had throat cancer and secondary cancer in his lymph nodes, got the cancer sorted then had a stroke 6 months later.

You cannot buy luck, but you can support.

The world does not need wars, life is hard enough.

And then what incentive is there for people to work and save? The benefit system should be there as a back up for emergencies for people who have had genuine hardship through illnesses or accidents not for people who want 15 kids or are addicted to pizza and chips.

If you are working it keeps you warm and in most cases you get paid to work.
