Share trading wherever you are a lth or day trader is incredibly hard and actually it seems to me at least is getting harder as time go by.
I know from bitter experience that if you've invested a lot then you become emotional attached to the share and all negative talk is automatically ignored. In hindsight if I had listened more to the so called "derampers" over the years I would have saved an absolute fortune.
The problem we pi's constantly face is that the odds are completely stacked against us from bod's who don't tell the whole truth to flat out lies, lifestyle companies, insider trading, placing after placing, etc.
Regarding CHLL, I think it does have a great future as long as they concentrate on brand awareness and product rollout.

The consolidation and raise capital resolutions normally means a future placing is coming, so why do a raise when they already have millions in the bank, two scenarios come to mind (1) up capex to significantly raise production or (2) buy another production asset, either way they should really communicate better so we all know what we are investing in.

Vas, I'm guessing the funds raised at 2p will/should be enough to make the company cash positive this financial year and then hopefully no more placings, they were lucky to ride the p&d last May to raise £6M @ 60p, big question is where did all the money go to?
I haven't bought any yet purely because normally in distressed placings the sp eventually drops to the placing price.

Yes the large sells yesterday were most likely insiders getting out, I did think it suspicious at the time and if I was invested here that would have been the trigger for me to sell.

Schalf, I totally agree with your post, if it drops to 2p it will only be for a short while and then hopefully the new bod structure will move the company forward positively, personally if it was me I would just sell all Chill branded products worldwide via chill.com as that's by far their best asset.
Vas, I don't think it will be taken privately that would be just too blatant, under 3p would be a great entry point with a potential 100% profit short term, long term maybe 10-15p but the days of 108p are sadly long gone.

Doug, reading your posts and seeing that you are now somewhat negative which is completely understandable, may I ask have you lowered your expectations here accordingly i.e. exit price or maybe even sold up all together because of lost trust in AM?

@ schalf you really haven't got a clue have you, can you imagine the manpower and expense needed to "exhaustively" investigate every post on every forum and not to mention other social media platforms such as Twitter (which is way worse than here) as I said it's never going to happen and almost impossible to police anyway but please don't let that stop you from dreaming, lol.
