My gut feeling and has always been is that the NGO, ARSO and various government ministers are in the pocket of the Russians, the only way I see this panning out is either a more senior minister or the PM himself has the balls to overrule JL and all permits issued or we are paid full damages and leave Slovenia forever.

Figure of speech my dear friend try looking it up, of course I know how much I would have been down, as I said I was lucky, unlike most.

Luckily, I bailed out in the 20's with a small lose about a year ago, god knows how much I would be down now if I still held the 500K shares.

Why did I sell at the time? Quite simply the company was not delivering what it had said, a classic case of "jam tomorrow" which seems to have got worse in the past year with DTU, Helium, WD, etc.

I genuinely thought the company was going places until that awful ED deal which we all know including I suspect RP was a very bad deal, as others have pointed out with the on going extremely high admin costs the companies expenditure is unsustainable without further funding.

"deliberate corrupt obstruction" absolutely agree and has been from the very beginning, this JL chap is just the latest in a long list of corrupt government officials.

The only way to bring back full confidence of doing business in Slovenia is for ALL the permits to be awarded at the same time including the 10 year extension to the concession licence, if not then shut the project down, lay everyone off, sue the government for money spent and lost earnings, and then start a new project in Croatia or other business friendly country.

Doubt many would be selling with profit at this price, although buying anything under 0.5p is worth it as I think 2019 will be a good year for the company & shareholders.

Most if not all of those trades at 2.4p were buys as my buy at 2.385p was typically marked as a sell. I can definitely see this rebounding past 3.00p within the week.
