If I'm reading this correctly, quite apart from it being a fascinating and exciting field, Salvocean manage and implement salvage operations, as opposed to being a salvage operator themselves. Meaning they contract out work to the operators. Which means they have an in to all salvage projects, including multiple projects simultaneously, unlike an operator who would be dedicated to one.

Looks as though Sam Reid's dad is Chairman. Seems to have an impressive record. Non execs look good too.

TM is just 11m, whilst again there's no data on DA who, for whatever reason, keep their financial data very close to their chest. .

DA is a private company. In the US, there is no legal obligation for a private company to reveal its revenues and profit. If DA do not want such data to be in the public domain, they will have told Tern that they cannot reveal that data. It's not Tern's choice.

I realise this may be a 'how long is a bit of string' type question, but just in case anyone knows, as I've not been following this share at all, how likely is this commercial launch to take place over the next 4 weeks? I've hit financial problems and may be forced to sell my modest holding... just trying to get a feel for whether it's worth holding on to the bitter end. Thanks.

None of you seem able to state what the advantage is to shareholders of shutting down this RTO operation and closing the company. When there's just one hurdle left. What's the point? To get a pittance back instead of having the chance of the TO. That's it? That's your advantage?

OK. Give up. Give in. Run away. Close it and take what cash there might be.. about enough for a meal out in an average restaurant.... and ditch the possibility of an RTO, with its concomitant potential for gains. Throw in the towel. Really. Take the negative, gutless, safe route. Wouldn't want to miss out on that meal out would we?

The length of the extension is because that's how it works... you can't apply for an extension of any length, it has to be of the stipulated length.

Giving themselves headroom? To what end? I'll bet they'll be glad to see the back of this bloody company as much as we all will. We're lucky there's a chance we might get something back at all. For sure that's better than killing it for certain by not voting for an extension. YOu still haven't stated what advantage there would be to us by terminating the process now.

What possible gain do we get from not extending? As against the possibility of a successful RTO if we don't. And what possible gain does JMK get from extending, apart from the same as the rest of us in that he might get some money back from his shares.

Again... how do we gain by artificially terminating the process now?
