Thanks Turtle, looks like a very obvious platform to announce and coincides with our AGM as you say. Hopefully we'll know officially the JV status this week or the start of next.

Agree, add just 6 months from today and we're back into peak drilling season with a team reported to be: "Keen as mustard" to begin. An $88m drilling deal with the blessing and hunger of a reinvigorated Zambia.

A downside is high taxation, but that's been negotiated a little too. But I will not forget that this is a country without clean drinking water throughout. It has to serve and lift the people.

Given there isn't a planned raise (I'll relent on that idea for now) this could quickly head to 6/7p on contract news.

The deal is remarkable on several fronts, one of the best mining JV's I've seen on AIM. Not to mention the significance for Zambia and copper market.

Between Ruffles and Arc's own Twitter account, I think we can read what's coming and clearly very soon. If the deal is signed, it's material news and must be communicated as soon as practically possible.
