I wonder whether the companies Conjugate will be tested at the new AZ facility in Singapore It is developed as an alternative to Antibody conjugates faster more efficient and far less costly An extremely valuable tool Clearly acquisitive AZ are not going to miss the boat. From their half yearly report today:

In May 2024, AstraZeneca announced its intention to build a $1.5 billion manufacturing facility in Singapore for antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), enhancing global supply of its ADC portfolio. ADCs are next-generation treatments that deliver highly potent cancer-killing agents directly to cancer cells through a targeted antibody. The planned greenfield facility, supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board, will be AstraZeneca's first end-to-end ADC production site, fully incorporating all steps of the manufacturing process at a commercial scale. Manufacturing of ADCs is a multi-step process that comprises antibody production, synthesis of chemotherapy drug and linker, conjugation of drug-linker to the antibody, and filling of the completed ADC substance.

ASI Like you I am sitting and waiting all the speculation in the world wont change my opinion of the opportunity. The backing DH has racked up and the technology first class. Who ever would have thought that a minnow could have pulled this together but they have. I have always believed in timing and just occasionally everything comes together at the right time. Technology/Demand /Supply/Local Knowledge/EU Backing/Take off partner and above all in this particular play a desire in Greater Europe and The US to stop Chinese industrialists in their tracks. Expect news shortly and only good of this I am certain.

Maidit we can expect good news very shortly! What I an never understand is why investors ignore buying opportunities and then pile in trying to make a profit. Time to buy is now before the news breaks.

Traders make life easy for the MM's they make money and traders lose trying to make turns on others perceptions of where this should be. Paradox and one well ( 2 ) is far from the end game. Leaks on Friday and Monday and down it comes bottoms out and then up again. LTH's don't part company with your shares ( money ) this is a successful outcome and will only get better.

I asked DH if M Warner was Martin Warner and he didn't back away from it merely said we welcome long term investors. Martin Warner as I have posted has sold one business for £50 million and owns Autonomous Flight a company specialising in electric aircraft that don't require a pilot. If he believes and we dont know of course that he will have a serious need of lithium for his battery powered planes its a good way of securing supply. But he wouldn't need the quantities that CLON will be producing. He is also a serial investor who has been very successful so maybe you are right. What will be almost certain to have occurred is that he and DH would have talked even if only on a need to know basis. Go with your gut feeling here its a fascinating play that could just replicate the likes of GGP and the buy in is still so very cheap, with plenty of volume. One thing is for certain the next piece of positive news will see this rocket as we are fast approaching the end game and an awful lot of news will soon come online.GL

I posted the list the other day. I have come to the conclusion that it is VW is actually the most likely partner as they have recently applied and had a Bond Rating something they have never bothered to do previously. also family owned DYOR we can expect news early I am lead to believe and Martin Warner is still investing quite large sums of money as we can see. He must have an angle as disposing of large amounts is nigh impossible and he only shows an appetite for buying! more!

Mr T the trouble is AIM is not about placing your bet and waiting for your share to get past your visionary winning post. You have to work to make it happen . Nothing goes up in straight lines and you must decide what you would be satisfied with if it reaches levels that are marginally good for your investment . From here 1p would be a wonderful return but personally I believe it has longer legs. DYOR but be thorough!
