Not watched it yet just scanning posts for different reactions.
So just a simplistic reaction to what RM ‘may’ be steering us towards.

Maybe if someone is quite poorly the financial imperative to give an effective treatment is greater than someone who may only experience fairly light symptoms?

So if we had to choose where we most wanted to be effective isn’t it better to show better data for the more severe cases ?

Invested so no axe to grind there seems to be enough dedicated to that job of putting the boot of doubt in at every opportunity.

Maybe nervous and not his forte but this Roby chap came across as having had a charisma by pass.

Dead pan expression and even made the ‘skies the limit,’ sound like he was describing putting the rubbish out.

A significant conclusion from the Government pandemic preparedness exercise was an obvious lack of ventilators. That failure to act cost a lot of lives presumably because they didn’t think it would happen.
Prepare for the worst (within reason) is rarely something you regret doing.

Turning up to a raging house fire with a hand held extinguisher isn’t going to cut it.

Best to leave logic at the door.

Unique benefits of safety and cost savings via possible home delivery and what the USA wants, something effective they can put directly into the lungs.

This puts the tiny what if ? doubt gremlins firmly back in the box.
That is what I hoped to see that is what we have got.
Still not chicken counting just yet, plenty of time for me to do that ‘when the dealings done.’

With the exception of hemp for as many years as I can remember cannabis and cannabis derived products have had a bad reputation and associated with fringe underclass or something people grew out of.

Now the narrative is massively changing and the potential for medicinal uses and mainstream acceptance IS overtaking the negative connotations.

That is the relevance. Mainstream acceptance = mainstream commercial interest & growth.
Do you really see no relevance or dare I say it perhaps being a little obtuse?

I really hope that plays out for all our benefit.

Another outside possibility is someone like Macron who is under huge political pressure blinks first and acts unilaterally. That is a less likely scenario but would put the cat amongst the pigeons.

But one thing is logic and common sense are frequently late to the party. Any government that is prepared to still ignore data and say the occupants of a broken down vehicle are ‘safer’ on a ‘Smart Motorway’ with no hard shoulder well quite honestly anything could happen.

Still not long to wait now and if the data is as we expect hopefully fireworks in a good way. GLA.

It would certainly make sense but unfortunately the UK governments ‘deliberate’ ignorance of SNG does concern me somewhat. Will they have a complete change of heart I have doubts.

Their scientific advisors only recently omitted to acknowledge our existence and potential to a select committee. NHS procurement of treatments will often as not prefer generic or less effective treatments with cost factoring heavily.

Then the possible Catch 22 scenario is Europe may well baulk or stall SNG due to reluctance to promote another UK offering. Astrazeneca take 2.

I think the USA could be key and neither Boris or UVL will want to be out of step.
Who knows ? Maybe how they’ve behaved before might give us an idea of what will play out.

I do not have to understand all the finer detail to get the distinct impression this guy is at the top of his game.
It gives me great reassurance for my investment and the outcome that TW is team SNG.

I have to agree with the sentiments of several posters on here. In basic language this is a punt, not something imho to sink your life savings into. (Yet ?)

We have already experienced the volatility of a ‘low’ value Sp it can and will go south at warp speed.

But the upside is potentially huge.

Potential that’s what we have at the moment, potential, so happy to wait and see.
Folk pointing out the volatility and that it could shred your investment in no time are correct but that’s what everybody should be comfortable with.

You could stick your money in a post office savings account if you want safe this is the opposite end of the spectrum. GLA.

Nobody is moaning about the share.
