The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
It would only need one contract to be signed, and the shares will hit the roof, at present there seems to be a lot of interest in the Stirling engine, which tells me Inspirit has developed something special,it amazes me how some investors can sell their holdings for crumbs, when a big slice of cake can be had, and for those waiting for a drop in the price to buy back in, i say i wouldn't bank on it,
With one and a half Billion shares in issue, there has to be some consolidation in the near future, or maybe some share buy back, if so it could give Inspirit a further boost, plus it may encourage larger investors to get on board, for those already invested i hope it's going to be a very happy and profitable Christmas,
Very interesting read, it's just a pity the markets didn't respond, but it can't belong now before we see some movement in N4P.
This company reminds me of the E-mails you get, saying a relative in Nigeria left you a lot of money, but the solicitor won't release the money till his bill is paid, like Block you invest more on promises, and all it is .is one big rip of, with the BOD raising cash to pay their big fat salaries for another year, and the investors getting nothing in return, i can't recall how many times Block Com, has taken over another company and told us it's good for investors, and it's all come to nothing, is it not time investors had better protection against companies like this
I agree, this it share is way undervalued considering the amount of assets they have, and once they start producing from just one of their assets, then it could be a matter of name your price, what some seem to be over looking is, this is not a one trick pony, so plenty to look forward to.
considering the assets and Investments Metal tiger has it , the shares have to be well under valued, it isn't a one trick pony as there are many irons in the fire, plus there is cash in the bank and many ways to to raise cash, should it need to, the 10% share buy back is a bonus, and hopefully there will be further buy backs in the future, i hope i'm not being to optimistic at looking at a share price of around 2 1/2 to 3p before the year end, .......Good luck to all Metal Tiger investors,
The share buy back may be 10%, but it could double the price of the shares, or at least give them a welcome boost, and with plenty of cash to play with, the future, after a long long wait, could at last be rewarding.
I don't feel 101 million shares is excessive considering the progress they have made, and what they have in the pipeline, i for one am pleased they have sold 10 million shares to raise funding, rather than going to a lender and paying 75 or 8% interest, plus demand for shares will soon push them back to 12p and above, no doubt
Nice climb last week, and no doubt there are those who are nervous and sell, and the ones after a quick profit, but with plenty of reformulations in the pipeline, this has to be a strong hold, #
remember there are only 91 million shares in issue, with the N4 board owning around 40%, take away another 20% for major share holders which leaves in my opinion 35 to 40 million for small shareholders, a major portion will no doubt be holding their stock for a major payday, so i wouldn't be at all surprised if N4 didn't reach 20p plus by the end of the week, Good luck everyone.
From what I can see there are only 91 million shares in issue, I can't see those already on board selling up for a while, so it seems the MM's are narrowing the spread to lure investors in to selling , as they must me trying to obtain stock to fill orders, yes the share price crashed a while back due to their failure to reformulate Viagra, but Nuvec has more than filled the void, plus they still have a number of other patents to work with. so in my opinion N4 has a promising future.
Good move by Ultima Networks to rid themselves of their electric bikes, and takeover N4, Voyager failed, Ultima failed, now lets hope it's 3rd time lucky with N4, so far all is looking good, the company is well funded. has a good team and patents to work on, so this could be a shining star on Aim
As we all know, well most of us do that the price drop was down to the news on Viagra, but as I have stated in the pass, N4 is not a one trick pony, Viagra was just part of a bigger picture, as N4 still has plenty of other patents in the pipeline to keep it going for years to come, it now seems the failure of Viagra is, for most on board, behind us, and the prospects of an exciting 2019 awaits, we could even see, or I hope to see the share price return to 30p plus prior to the New Year, fingers crossed and good luck to all.
What we have to remember is this is not a one trick pony, as already stated, they still have Nuvec to work with, as well as a number of other patents in the pipeline. plus they have a good team in place.to work on other drugs.
I agree there were a lot of warrants given out, but that is just a way of raising funds for development, of drugs.
Test and trials are not done over night, they take time, and in my opinion, those who sit tight will still be duly rewarded
Knicol46 , you failed to mention Ameds Copper mine investment, and the 800k loan they made which paying a good interest rate, So yes, way undervalued
In my opinion there are a lot of investors sitting on the side lines, waiting to Buy in or Top up if the share price should ever drop to 12p. But they will have to wait a very long time, as I keep reiterating, N4 is not just about sildenafil, it has plenty more reformulations in the pipe line. I put the bottom price at around 22p to 24p anything less I consider a bargain, yes, it dropped to 20p yesterday, but I can see it bouncing back this morning,
As I have reiterated on a number of occasions, N4 is not a one trick pony, Nuvec and Sildenafil are only two of their array of patents, on which they can build. If, and i say if, there is ever a need to raise funding then i very much doubt there would be a problem, A the end of the day DYOR, and you will see a company with solid base on which to grow.
What is the problem on here, some are assuming N4 have secured deals in Japan, some are assuming Sildenafil reformulation will be successful , I say be patient, what will be will be, for now we seem to have found our share level (22p to 24p) now we have to wait and see if we will be rewarded. As I have said before, this isn't a one trick pony, so in time I feel success will come, if not with Sildenafil then with another one of it's reformulations.
Maybe you would change your mind Leister, if you saw their payslips, and some of the bonuses they earn. Not a very good end to the day after a good start to the week, I would imagine it's just a matter of waiting for news, which must be due at any time.
In my opinion Nigel has to wary about giving out news, as he doesn't want to be deemed to be trying to influence the market, Japan; there may be deals made, but not secured with pen to paper yet, Sidenafil; I doubt there will be any news until test and trials have been completed, both of which could be weeks, or even months away. We have to remember there are more drugs in the pipeline, so i don't think investors like myself who are in for the long term have any worries, As we will be very well rewarded.in the future
