Thats strange on here it's showing as 148/150 at 9.24 the 155/158 was much later when the trades were actually posted so I assumed the site listed the prices at the time they were posted rather than the time the trade took place.
If you look at the time stamp those were buys
Chronic Investor says sell , they quite often get their sells wrong , nothing finalised until July so I shall continue to hold untill there is more information , I actually added a couple of hundred at 8.50 yesterday.
Looking good so bought some more today , looks cheap .
I've been watching these for weeks now so finally took the plunge and bought a few today we'll see what tomorrow brings and maybe buy some more
I think you'll find they take all the money for the shares you applied for but when the number gets reduced you'll get a refund , that's the way it usually works and I doubt you'll get an even number .
Steady selling over the last few days , there must be an overhang of shares to be sold ex CEO ? Otherwise somebody knows something that we don't . In my experience a steady drop like this usually precedes a profit warning or some other dire news but as we've just had a trading update I can't see how that can be the case unless someone is telling porkies , this is AIM after all !
Details of the claim were disclosed in the admission document , so it should not have come as a surprise and as it has no impact on Taptica the share price reaction seems it bit overdone to me. But in this market people need little excuse to hit the sell button . We've seen several scandals on AIM this year so investors are very wary , I hope all is well with this company and a share buyback does indicate some confidence from the management . I shall continue to hold for now
I have been invested here since 2004 , sold a few along the way to get my original investment back and sold a few more recently at just under 17 as I thought they were looking rather expensive on a P/E of 50 ish so of course they went up another 1.50 , what do I know! I'm now thinking takeover, somebody is hoovering up all available shares , but I can't think they will want to pay much more than the current price. Any ideas anyone.
Vote against , this needs to be stopped !
They seem to be doing all the right things , net debt down 4.5m , pension deficit down by nearly 10m , throwing off quite a bit of cash , divi up but not paying too much tax . So I hope Mr Market has got it wrong , wouldn't be the first time, so I won't be adding as I've already got quite a few of these but I'm not selling either.
