Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
I'm not sure about HSR , but I have just punted a few more , bought at 1.0364 so I guess all those sells this PM must be buys.
Makes no sense but such is the stock market , the company seems to be doing all the right things , investing for further growth so I guess you just have to wait it out and eventually it will get the price it deserves.
Small investors wiped out again going to be lucky to get more than 1p a share
Not so much upwards , I would have thought that the current volatility would be where AGFX makes most money but obviously the market thinks differently , this looks cheap to me but I've been wrong before. Anybody got a clue ?
Still throwing off cash , single digit P/E , good dividends , compared to all the "adjusted" so called profits out there and sky high P/E's this is brilliant company .
Some chunky buys today , hopefully they know something !
Final results next week on the 7th , not easy to find the info ! Sometimes it's a buying opportunity when shares drop before results but probably better to wait and see what they have to say next week .
They couldn't even get the numbers up by discounting !
I just sold my wife's shares in her sipp for 4.142 so I wonder if there is another bidder in the wings, I think I will hang on to the balance of my shares for the moment.
Yes funny that I actually topped up my TSTL holding at that time at 25P 10000 shares , got to get right sometimes !
I think you've got that round the wrong way it looks as if he sold the lot which accounts for the crash in the share price at the start of September , that's why the resulting situation box is blank.
I see from last years results almost all energy used is from renewables but unless they are generating that themselves they are along with everyone else going to see a huge jump in costs . I have just done a quick calculation on my own energy costs for the next 12 months and that is due to increase from about £1700 to over £6250 if we use the same amount of gas and electricity , £400 is not going to make much of a dent in that ,so time to invest in some thermal underwear maybe ! So it will be interesting to hear what effect this will have on profits next year when we get the final results in September .
Not till early September this year for some unknown reason , I hope they are good !
I hold my shares in this little gem with AJ Bell in a SIPP and ISA , I just checked the last dividend payment and it shows no tax deducted and the whole amount paid as per the declared dividend . This company just churns out cash and the board are quite happy to pass it on to the owners unlike a lot of others . I see companies like Tesla with hardly any net earnings on sky high PE's and likely to be hit hard in any slowdown and it doesn't make sense.
Well timed , lots of buying today , I presume we will get an update soon I don't think I've ever seen a company go so long with no RNS . I just hope no news is good news!
Missed the low on Monday but bought some more for my wife's ISA , I've held these for some years brilliant company worth far more than the current price. Low P/E lots of dividends , what's not to like.
I totally agree it's difficult to get a handle on where things are going , I bought a few more here in the 130's a day before the price crashed to 120 so spent the next couple of days kicking myself . But they still look cheap today so I expect ST of the chronic investor will do a piece soon . A good cheap long term hold to me .
I am sorry for your loss , I luckily sold out before the tanks rolled and am very glad I did , I don't think Russia is morally investable as long as Putin is in charge and the rest of the world has now seen the man behind the curtain . So sell up while you can and write the loss off to experience .
I think the share price weakness is due to the 3 million odd shares issued on the 21st Jan being drip fed into the market and possible winding down of covid revenues . The last update was very bullish so could be a buying opportunity but AIM shares are always a gamble but when they come good you can make serious money .
