The vision of the initiative to establish a special economic zone in the Pointe-Noire region provides for the development of an industrial zone that is integrated with international standards aimed at exporting and facilitating the expansion of production and Basic services, increasing local trade, strengthening foreign investment, to finally achieve sustainable development;

Main development factors of the SEZ

Pointe-Noire is strategically located between Pointe-Noire Bay and the Atlantic Ocean and offers multimodal connections through an international airport and rail and road networks. The area of the SEZ is characterized by the presence of a 510 km railway network linking the coastal region (which houses the autonomous port) with the rest of the country. Moreover, the region is well served by a vast road network linking it with other major economic centers of the country such as Brazzaville (about 510km), Dolisie, Mont-Belo, Zanaga, etc.

The presence of basic physical infrastructure provides connectivity to several major cities across the country via national roads, regional roads, railway network and air links. The region's extensive road network includes important national roads, namely the national road 1 (N-1) connecting the region with Brazzaville via Dolisie, Nkayi, Madingou, etc., the N-4 linking the region and country with The Cabinda in Angola, etc. And the N-5 linking Pointe-Noire to Gabon. Its called risk management. What if the talks fail? The share price crashes and then they raise at a lower SP. On this basis they let the SP re-rate on this news raise again, and they are covered for another few months, if nothing happens or flow rates arent good enough for the gas.

Because I dont believe the timelines that come out of Hanno. It was supposed to be already done however as a responsible CEO he doesnt manage expectations and provide worse case scenario. Seems he has his Rose tints on when it comes to timelines.
