Zac. Stop. Im a holder and agree it coukd have been much better with more info. All i took was tests were successful, more mills being spoken to. Thats it. Whether its Jumelles or some one else is not relevant for me. Im not a Glencore Shareholder.

Given Haworth age, and experience, we needed someone stronger and more operationally focussed that would likely give more to ZIOC, Haworth is at a different age and the board role more likely a lifestyle choice, without offering too much in return. He still benefits from the massive upside to come here in the same way as he would, so financially nothing changes.

He likely got pushed rather than resigned. You need different people for different stages of a company. His time was up.

Absolutely possible guys. Lets be honest there are likely 3-4 players who are eyeing ZIOC up either in part or full. Ducks are lining up very nicely and value realisation/value unlocking news imminent. The icing would be any JV/TO news which would help maximise the value in a much shorter timeframe if it happened say this year.

JV and say offer $300m for 15-20% that would also be HUGE as it would value us instantly in the billions. SP would re-rate accordingly.

Straight BHP TO more likely or BHP/Chinese, ZIOP and Glencore out. Port is the catalyst

Personally think it makes little sense whether Glencore are focussed or not in the short medium term. - Pellet news - Port sign off - Finance Stage 1 These are the value unlockers, first 2 much bigger and more share price impacting than the last one IMO. Finance will be a formality once Port is signed off..... Or straight Take Over.
