Sorry weathergeek, on that you are incorrect there are publically trading companies or IPO companies with one set of accounts warranting a PE of 25 or more. Snowflake a good example, about to IPO and looking at a $20bn valuation on revenues of $480m and that is conservative, on IPO they will likely be up 50-75% so a 30-35bn valuation and suddenly a PE of 50+ easily.
