The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Tintra Plc are engaging some of the best minds in the world in our sector to work with us on this project, not because of our current share price but because of our mission. We are laser focused on success and changing the life of millions of people around the world. This is not however at the expense of company valuations, but it is what will allow us to achieve our ambition of building a $10BN company if we succeed; there are of course challenges and execution risk between here and there.

Putting #Molulu in context for guys like me who aren't encyclopedic - most mines are under 1%. I read that 0.5% is common. Rambler is high grade at 1.8%. The world's richest mine is 8%. So Molulu at 5% would be outstanding if this grade is extensive.

You realise your calculations of the tap token is incorrect, currently on 3.3bn in circulation. So valuation is close to $60m.
Now they launch in the US on March, the only similar listed app is coinbase valued now at $10bn, yet TAP is currently valued at £36m. You can see why the yanks are getting excited by the token.
under the video, in the abstract, it says: I believe Tap has been severely undervalued by the market, i believe the price could go up 20x and the price would still be too cheap.
Re. video link: Martina Guy is saying that TGP could 20-bag, as far as I understand it.

the fact that it rises quickly, sometimes up 30% intra-day, at regular intervals in a month, will attract momentum traders. And it has underlying potential for the long-termers. Here's a post that I saved from a week or so ago:
we have a world class team as good (if not better) than any other company. DR Grover is considered one of the leading experts in quantum and he has stayed with Qbt. It is also really exciting for Qbt and Google to be in the same sentence. It speaks volumes about the ambitions of this company.
Because the potential here is massive :)
So after 1 year of R&D the multiple teams within QBT have made some massive leaps forward in improving the efficiency of bitcoin mining, most recently announcing with a simple software upgrade they could improve the efficiency of an existing miner rig by 30% without causing any increase to the power consumption, further increases are expected upon application of cooling. This however is not the main target here, this software upgrade is expected to be used as a revenue stream by licencing it out to existing miners and taking their fair cut.
The revenue brought in by such deals would then be used to progress further with their quantum algorithms applied to the latest quantum computers coming on to the market, FG has been working ahead of the race, with algorithms in place they now await the industry to catch up with the required qubits, at which point QBT will hold the patents to the world's fastest most efficient mining rigs in a multi £billion industry.
So where could it go?
Just look at where Argo went in late 2021, from 3p to £3 in less than a month, now to think they are just mining bitcoin, QBT will hold the key to the fastest mining on the planet, patents and have even said that when it becomes viable to mine (the price of bitcoin rises) then they would definitely look at in-house mining, FG has also stated creating prototype mining rigs to compete with the global leaders who take advantage of their customers!
So a buy-in price of 2p for a company that could well be into the ££ within the next two years is an amazing opportunity for all interested in investing with QBT
Meanwhile, in the USA:
Strain XBB.1.5
It’s currently causing roughly 75% of new cases in the Northeast.
Along with its adeptness at getting around immune blockades, XBB.1.5 appears to be highly transmissible, thanks to some key mutations picked up as the virus evolved. These tweaks are stoking concerns about a surge in cases this winter—particularly given low rates of booster uptake and relaxed disease-mitigation measures.

Catalyst to watch: Owns interests in rare earths, copper, and graphite projects, but key asset to watch is the 100%-owned Blesberg Lithium and Tantalum Mine in South Africa. MARU has entered into an agreement with Southern Jade Resources for the advance of $5 million against sales of lithium ore of existing stockpiles at the project. The first tranche has been advanced, covering all capex costs required to start production and first sales should begin in January.

Pleased with the graphite acquisition to add to the lithium and tantalum one finalised recently. Great to see Jason Brewer taking advantage of snapping up projects needing his experience, knowledge and ability to raise finance when needed. No money required for the moment due to the prepayment for Blesburg and with that generating cash in January.

Shares of Alkemy (ALK) remained near their recent peaks, as did Firering (FRG). Bradda (BHL) was supported by news it has received approval to list on the TSX-V Exchange. Marula (MARU) remains well underpinned by last month’s $5 million Https://www.share-talk.com/traders-cafe-with-zak-mir-a-week-in-small-caps-saturday-12th-november-2022/

I share the sentiment of another thread's post r (gov to announce compulsory tests for all Chinese arrivals, novacyt with their portable testing units would be a perfect fit for our airports leading to new contracts.)
And ncyt could start calling the shots IMO to the UK Gov't. "Oh, you want to place orders for testing units? Well, how about sorting the ongoing dispute first?"
blue..
back to 425p please..
the more you think about it, this is one helluva a company
who else, in these dire times, is out there mobilising a potential $25m by the end of January?
That surpasses the mkt cap of many an AIM junior.
Hats off, I say, for having that calibre of US connections.

CEO knows the $10 mil at 1178p lands before the vwap deadline kicks in mid January so maintaining the current 504p for this new facility. As the 10 mil lands before mid Jan it will take the share price significantly higher (also taking into consideration that 15 mil more will very likely be secured before the end of Jan, also at a similar premium to the 1178p).
Meanwhile the 10 mil facilty is still there be utilised with a significantly higher share price making the vwap much more efficient and cost effective giving Tintra full control (if they wish to utilise it) and in actual fact this is the complete opposite to a death spiral funding.
CEO therefore gets the immediate cash/bridge loan for imminent projects/growth whilst the funders don't get to utilise the vwap at reduced values.
No wonder the trolls and shorters are raging!!
A master class from a master CEO.
Tomorrow is going to be a very blue day and January is going to be spectacular!

When they try to get sellers by dropping the mid price rise (eg 15% up back to 10%) note that the ask stays at 230, they don't want buyers....
if the MMs are short (low free float) then volatility is the only card they have left to play. But if the buys continue they will have to push the price up, regularly. The 425p level of last week is a thorn in their side, as it gives new buyers headroom.
