Having some balance to the conversation is healthy. If the place was full of happy, positive, rampy people it'd be equally as bad.
Granted, it does suck for those that sold up - but honestly people shouldn't buy/sell based on what the interwebs says (or what may happen in the short term).
Taken in isolation, without history or a forward looking view this was a very risky choice for new investors at times - especially given the shares history - there were better options out there.
Balance is important IMO as it makes you question the decision and keeps a critical eye in place. Can help you make better decisions - de-risking or an alternate strategy.
En-masse rampers/derampers also give some indications as to the direction the SP is being steered in to help people in / out - again that can help make better decisions on what to do..
Just my opinion, DYOR.
