Forgive a stupid question, but are there specific thresholds for notification? e.g do they have to notify for each % gain, or just notify once they've stopped buying (or selling) in that specific tranche? e.g could they jump from 4-10% if the buying covered say a continual 10 day period?
Thanks!
10790 and 16871 orders are back today after an absence yesterday... May not mean anything, but could these be linked with a background buyer...? Good day to pickup some cheap shares if you're after them!

@josepi - No.

No doubt we don't get a TR1 to find out who the buyer(s) are either...

@BYP - if they build a sustainable model (in terms of products, R&D, market opportunities etc) then growth should very much be sustainable over the 3 years and longer. They kinda have to do something along those lines rather than just ramp the crap out of the stock for a few weeks a year. I really can't see them sitting there and going "we've done really well this year but need to make it look crap so we can release the news next year instead"
My average is just shy of 5 quid currently - I'm happy to wait - now that there are some clear targets for the BOD to achieve.

@harChris
Funny how people come out the woodwork when the SP keeps dropping. Lovely they care so much for people & they're just looking out for peoples best interests... Such a lovely bunch. I'll be asking them for advice before doing anything in future..

I don't think it's slow death and really there hasn't been a lot of (new) information to discuss here for while (Other than the RNS which wasn't really that new....) It's mostly re-hashing of old/irrelevant information which is being spun one way or the other.
Do find it interesting that there tends to be less of a downward trend when it's quieter though - maybe a coincidence we'll have to see. But perhaps those wanting to achieve something have now done so and are moving on elsewhere?

It's probably a bit of "smoke and mirrors" to save face... Buy cheap PPE/Tests from overseas which isn't really fit for purpose (and overpriced). Line a few peoples pockets along the way. Buy some products from the UK and when it comes to light there are "issues" with the imported items make British suppliers the scapegoats. Delay their approval (citing "quality") and withhold payment citing "issues with products/supply/pricing".
Kills 2 birds then - justification of imported goods, but also makes them seen to be getting some money back/due diligence on previous contracts. The major drawback of this is that it screws over British companies and rewards imports/ensures nests are feathered.

Not sure a lot of "holders" posting on here are interested in logic like that @HarChris. Funny how the number of posts has increased as the price has dropped this afternoon though... Coincidence? Oh wait... there's no such thing...

According the the TR1 today, they currently hold 165300000 - so that is a reduction in the number of shares held (3.5 million) - or am I missing something?

I'm still on the fence (although leaning to the same side as Castle at the moment). This "felt different" to other P&Ds we've seen here - there looked to be plenty of buys and not a lot of sells. Also there was a lot of surprise here and on twatter - no rampant pumpy tweets we've seen historically (although more of those have appeared this morning)
Interesting to see where this goes over the course of today - but interesting that we're opening up which makes me wonder if there's a bit more to this...
Proceed with caution and don't get caught with your pants down! We all know what can happen here!
Just my opinion, DYOR (and good luck today whatever happens!)
They have our best interests at heart - didn't you know? They care that we don't loose any more of our own hard cash here and want to make sure we maximize our profits. I mean - they can't be current holders as they'd have taken their own advice and jumped ship as they started to "save our wallets" .
I'm thankful for all the care and love they have for us all - making sure we're 100% aware of all the risks involved. I'm super glad there are people like that on the internet.... I need hand holding with every trade from people who are totally selfless with no ulterior motives at all and it's nice they are here to help with the process.....

Down here also by a good chunk. Got rid of a few at ~ 3.20 and picked up the same number (and a few more) this morning. Wasn't sure it was a good idea (as sentiment seems against us at the moment) - but it felt worth the risk given where the current MCap is. Really does feel crazy compared to other "Covid plays"....

@United - While I agree with some comments - the ONLY reason the masks come with a 7 hour max statement is that's the longest the tests/certification lasted for. They could last for weeks and weeks for all we know - the test just didn't run for longer than 7 hours.

Proof please. Would expect this to be all over twatter if it was true...

I've reached out to some EZY cabin crew (via a colleague) - so see what they come back with. Could be good news if true...
