Recent Circular from DEV has been corrected. Correction dated 3rd Jan, 2020.

It has come to our attention that the listing of significant shareholders, contained within section 6 off the Circular issued on 23rdDecember, contains an error in relation to the analysis of Ordinary shares currently held. The corrected information is provided in the table below.6. Significant shareholders Assuming completion of the Placing, the Company is aware of the following persons that will be interested in three per cent. or more of the issued share capital of the Company on Admission:

VICTAR launched on Oct 4th and not ONE commercial (paying) sign-up announced.
For those who can't add up that's 3 (three) months which included a flagship careers event.
He either prefers to issue a placing at rock bottom prices OR has doesn't have commercially positive news to offer the market.

In terms of investing, it makes absolutely no sense at all (regardless of the claims of being a seasoned investor).
There's nothing smart, rewarding or clever about claiming to have 'called' the sinking of the Titanic while standing on deck holding a First Class ticket.

He has completely flipped his opinion on BTC and ARB.
He sold ARB and announced that ARB was exposed to business costs while BTC was a direct route to profit.
Now, BTC is too volatile and can't be considered an asset - unlike gold - but ARB presents value as a miner of the Bitcoin token.
How long does he spend each morning selecting his underwear? Or, does he take backup packs to work?
I'll never understand people following tipsters. They'll always be several steps behind.

JW today admitted via his twitter account that he's now - once again - holding ARB shares.

While tweeting about BTC he said:
"I know. I don't hold any and won't until an uptrend is confirmed and even then will have my exposure via ARB. Hold a v small amount already".

As i said earlier, when JW starts talking about possible buying potential it means he's already taken a position.

His opinions on stocks worth holding tend to be more volatile and changeable than the price of BTC :)
People much better to follow their own nose.

That's his way of saying "i've already bought ARB".

"Outstanding" isn't a word that springs to my mind. But that's just my opinion.
Equally, there was nothing alerting me to rush to sell.

I note that the recent circular states the ammount of shares held before and after admission as having not changed for Chris Akers and Richard Thompson. I can't speak about Richard Thompson, but Chris Akers is a participant in the proposed placing.

Why does the held and admission figures state no change?
I can only assume this is yet another example of DEV's (or their advisors) utter trash approach to performing a basic task with any accuracy.

Given the recent increase in the level of hostility within this forum group let's just be glad we're not participating in a BIDS Forum secret santa :)
