Well, according to Jan 2nd interview they've stopped real-time selling. They've clearly adopted a more flexible approach.
There's a lot of space between not selling in real-time and stockpiling tokens. Clearly, based on the interview comments, they're now somewhere inbetween. I would suggest (guessing) that they're currently closer to real-time than stockpiling.

Also, ARB don't sell their tokens into the market in realtime. A proportion of the tokens mined in recent months will be sold at prices hgher than those at the time of mining.

No, he's not misleading. He shared an opinion based on valid information. He's correct to push the notion of a placing based on info from the BoD. You're free to present an alternative notion.

I think - beyond the significant revenue value - the real news here is that Orph are continuing to take short term ad-hoc business with longstanding customers and transforming them into longterm contracts, guaranteeing regular and sustained income of a higher value.
Doing so removes the need to tender for the work and expands scope for revenue growth within open channels within extended contractual relationships.
