Big 13m sell at 0.225p yesterday at 8:25am basically hoovered up the first 50 buys. Straight after the RNS was released. And matches the number of shares sold by spread-ex in todays TR-1. Amazing foresight by someone. They bought between 0.13p and 0.18p (threshold crossed on the 26th which means they were accumulating before then) Then sold first lot at ) 0.2p and the next lot at 0.225p. Was it a single individual? Was it a CFD or spreadbet? Or was it just spreadEx adjusting their positions? Is this available to spread bet on Spread-ex does anyone know?

Dowgate capital holding RNS shows they are confident and have declared 5% holding in Ondo.

I really like this statement from Craig Foster CEO:

From the live presentation this morning:

Mark just stated that there is an insurer in the US that is experimenting with making the installation of leakbot obligatory.

That would put penetration on that contract from the normal 2-3% to 100%

Spreadex are a spreadbetting/cfd firm

Operating loss is however falling and they just raised £3.7m which is more than the 2024 operating loss, so should give them cash runaway until at least summer 2025. Unless the share price spikes in which case they might raise more at a higher share price which really would last until they become profitable

Page 45 quotes revenue for the previous period up to march 2023 of £2.384m. This figure, as you can see from page 14 is for an 18 month period. This was because they combined a full year and a half year into a single full year results previously due to going through a company restructure and the reporting dates changed (i believe).

The correct 2x 12 month periods to compare 2023 vs 2024 is as stated in my post at 9:03 and shows a £600k yearly increase in revenue.

I also see on page 80, there is the potential for a £150,000 bonus based on 20,000 units supplied to Admiral insurance. This is currently under review but management are confident there will be a bonus.

Blesberg 500T lithium delivery (RNS 20th june)

· This export sales process and the receipt of sales proceeds is expected to be concluded over the next 2 to 4 weeks

· Arrangements for the transportation and export of this initial 500t of spodumene sales has been delayed by the logistical constraints currently being experienced in Southern Africa.

**Jason let us know on the zoom call last day of June that the sales were expected start of July but it appears that the shutdown of trains, ports and extra stress on the road network has led to significant further delays.

· delivery of this initial 1,250t of manganese ore is to be made under existing manganese ore offtake agreements and forms part of the Company's previously announced delivery of 2,000t that it had planned to complete by 1 July 2024 and which is now expected to be completed by mid-July 2024

Have a listen to the new logistics manager and you get an appreciation for some of the challenges. Consider also that rail freight and ports have been experiencing massive issues in south Africa then it perhaps explains why we are struggling to secure our first bulk lithium transportation from Blesberg. As per the zoom call, QGC the billionaire partner only managed to deliver one load of coal in June

Furthermore, QGC has secured a $1b metals investment fund and Marula are rumoured to be earmarked for $100m of this fund to rapidly advance a suite of their projects to the second and third phases where the maximum value returns exist (lithoum carbonate plant for example, and copper cathode plant, massive upgrade in manganese processing capacity, etc)

The total figure (for a full 450 workforce) comes in at USD$2/t of ore. The tonnes of ore mined per year I think is around 1m so labor cost per month = $2m

A workforce of 250 therefor likely costs $1m a month?
