RE: Zoom session17 Mar 2025 22:09
You talking about Blesberg? Vast majority of holders are content with the lack of production there. It's a shame it is a year or more behind, but that is typical of mining.
If you look at the history, the price of SC6 was up as high as $3000/T whilst plans were being put in place early 2023 for delivery of a Tomra (4000T/month capacity) and a Rados (1000T capacity).
Rados was installed in a weekend end of 2023
Tomra was promised, expected, booked - but delayed over 6 months due to a third party JV contact completely out with Jasons control.
By march 2024 they had an offtake agreement with first delivery due in May. By may spodumene was $700/t and the price of logistics in south africa had skyrocketed.
So from $3000/t spodumene with 5000T/month delivery planned in 2023
Delayed offtake agreement, delayed delivery of Tomra
Come may 2024 there is only 1000T capacity (this could double running costs due to reduced economies of scale)
Spodumene sells for $700/t
Logistics costs in south africa much higher.
Politically toxic to give away the ore for next to no profit (no tax to south africa)
Economically foolish to begin transporting at break even
Meanwhile the assay results keep being sent back and the Tomra finally arrives august/september to a nearby town where it is serviced. They beigin testing the Tomra for the new minerals being discovered, and - surprise surprise, they need to order some new parts from Tomra in order to process the new minerals.

By all means give Jason a call and ask him your most relevant questions and give us some feedback, I feel this would be a much better use of your time than antagonising yourselves and others on a message board as we are only shareholders and these posts arent from the horses mouth. There was of course a zoom call last week but neither of you attended as far as I know?
I actually asked Hoof if i could get the recording, I asked this 10 minutes after they posted they had just listened to it but I got ignored. Not very supportive of the company are you pair, just a nuisance actually. Hoof often talks about if posters had listened them 10 months ago they would have lost less money than if they had listened to me. I 100% agree and I must live with that and I suffer too. But did hoof listen to their own advice and sell? I know they posted recently that they bought some at 5.2p so shouldn't hoofs every post have a "buy" or "strong buy" beside the post? As as far as a i can tell, the share price has dropped and we have an offtake in place with the largest steel producer in the world
