Bukowski, a Sw-Ex plant, I'm not sure but here is an educated guess.
The power is already there locally, as is the water. The phase 2 operatipn will be a 10ktpa plant fed partly by the phase 1 plant. (24kt of around 20-30% copper)
Judging by the economics of previous projects aiming to surpass 100% IRR, and as the ballpark revenue is $100m/year, (10ktpa x $10,000/t copper), and profit margin target is over 25%, logislc dictates that a phase 2 cathode plant should come in with a price tag of around $25m once phase one is fully established.
