Superb RNS. $150m is no joke and at the current Mcap should do multiples from here

Was trading at 6-7p in anticipation. Placing was at 5.25p

Crazy it’s still sub 4p. Assume that will change Monday. Maybe head towards 10p short term

Looks ready to move into the 0.4s shortly

Some very interesting buying today. I wonder if its due to this Helium stuff going around. A great find by Nick and i think with Helium & Copper as the focus this has the potential to rocket

Should be due another upswing shortly.

5.5p is the 61.7% Fib retrace of the 1p to 13p rally. So a decent area to provide support and bounce from.

6.5p/7p is the resistance zone

All of this becomes irrelevant when we get the greenlight... Then we are talking 25p / 50p who knows

This was £250m Mcap at one point and the asset base is largely the same

Expect at the very least to see this back up towards £50m Mcap in 2024, especially if the small cap market gets a long overdue rally, in particular in the resource sector

Helium and Copper are probably the 2 best places to be currently.

Rod is market savvy. He's taken Jay before from 0.5p to 27p in 2016/17

Lets see what he can do this time. Money where mouth is as he recently purchased some stock open market at 0.5p and in the placing at 0.4p along with the other directors

Above 2% Helium concentration is VERY impressive. Lets see what comes of this. If you read the recent RNSs and listen to Eric's interview they have said Helium is a focus

If so we'll have a main focus on Copper during the midst of a Copper bullrun, and a focus on Helium just as demand is increasing exponentially

They are already focused on Copper, which is perfect timing given the multi highs Copper has risen to

10% fee is pretty standard for early termination. Which is exactly what davinder plans to do once the 1m EUR loan lands in June. Better get rid of the RF expensive finance when you have 1m EUR at 3.5% which is dirt cheap

No brainer and good news for holders

RF defered until Sept, so we can relax and forget about any more conversions or dilutions. That in itself is mega bullish

Whats even better is the fact that when the 1m EUR lands in June the RF CLN will be terminated and paid off. Makes complete sense given the RF loan is VERY expensive and the 1m EUR loan is at 3.5%

This is great news and another stepping stone to the turnaround here. Market will wake up soon

Well the 1m EUR loan at 3.5% given their Mcap is only £2.5m would suggest otherwise lol

The cash recently raised was largely for their audit plus a bit of extra working cap until June

Once they pay off the remaining Riverfort balance and announce that it'll be fireworks here

Ask yourself... why would 200m shares of 1p warrants be exercised if this wasn't going to be significantly higher than 1p soon

It makes no sense. Thats £2m when you could have bought that stock much cheaper than 1p

Really intrigued to see how this pans out but the signs are there for a really good move
