I have no idea who would be crazy enough to do a premium raise when there is a sizeable CLN waiting to sell from 0.035p. Makes zero sense

Yea I was looking for a buy thinking was great value down here. But wouldn't be comfortable buying under this fundraise is done and we move onto AIM. This CLN at such a huge discount is also a concern near term. Had some bad experiences with CLNs

Was just looking through previous RNSs. The 9th May RNS states the plan to move to AIM and raise more money

" to strengthen the Company's balance sheet ahead of a proposed move to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and an associated fundraise."

Was anything mentioned at the AGM on this? There is a CLN priced at 0.035p which will become active if that happens so again was anything said at the GM?

Certainly would be cautious given the CLN and the company's plan to raise more money soon for AIM listing.

This is extremely exciting as previously they were just exploring. Looks like the Tax Losses are set to be sold and given the money involved i'd expect it to have a material impact on the current value at only £4m market Capitalisation. Maybe new highs above the previous 0.45p?

Real Helium focus developing here. If we attract even 10% of the volume HE1 attract then it’ll likely be trading in the pennies quickly

Systematic review of historical government drilling has indicated the presence of substantial industrial gas including helium and white hydrogen concentrations within the Outokumpu Belt.

· Best intersection recorded was of 100m at 5.6% helium (within an intersection of 1500m, at 1.5% helium).

· Deposit is comparable in formation and structure to the world's largest known deposit of white (or geological) hydrogen ('White Hydrogen'), which was recently discovered in France, with estimates suggesting up to 46 million tonnes of the carbon-neutral fuel in the French deposit. This newly discovered gas province is located in the Lorraine region, a French mining region similar in nature geologically to the Outokumpu Belt.

· Gas sampling from the Outokumpu Deep Drillhole, which reached a total depth of 2480 meters, revealed high concentrations of other naturally forming industrial gasses such as argon, xenon, krypton, White Hydrogen and helium (with hydrogen being the dominant gas) returning results up to 46% hydrogen in gas samples taken from various saline groundwater samples.

Their projects and assets are certainly coming to life. Maybe we see some director buys as well. Surely has to be worth significantly more than the current £4.5m GBP Market Capitilisation

Its frustrating for now thats for sure. I would imagine when PSC is ocnfirmed and JV we will be looking at 100-200% higher than current levels. If you read the recent RNS its looks like everything is progressing and being worked as if the PSC is already in the bag. So lets see. Price action feels a bit meh but i don't think that reflects the business

The low is hopefully in around this 58k range. Now we need to revisit the 72-74k swing highs. Lets see what happens in July. Should have a positive effect on ARB if so

Im gobsmacked at the valuation here. I can see they recently raised some money and consolidated, now back down to the all timel ows. But wow they have some mega assets. Dotted Lake and Obonga in particular look like huge potential. I picked up 10k shares and will be looking for more as & when RNSs land. Keen to see how the Magnetics suvrye went. Excited for them to start drilling

This is a sizeable asset and certainly adds significangly value. Helium appears to be attracting some serious interest lately across the market so that should give JAY a fundamental and sentiment boost

As long as we hold this 2.4p area, i expect us to breakout higher
