· Early production targets achieved. Following improvements in systems and processes:

o Optimal emerald recovery rate in excess of 80% has been established.

o Current average emerald grade of over 30 carats per tonne, exceeding the average JORC resource grade estimate.

o Average current processing rate of between 60 and 70 tonnes per day, with further increases to be implemented in the coming months.

· Several larger emeralds recovered, including a 50-carat emerald recovered in July 2024 from mining operations (see photo below).

Huge risk event looming with fund raise and CLN at 0.035p

No surprise we are heading lower

Expecting to get an opportunity at 0.05p soon

So whats peoples views then on how this plays out. Will be hard to put a floor in price until this happens, especially with the CLN priced at 0.035p becoming active

Its likely a 0.05p party first lol. Will be plenty of time to pile in first as they have up to £8m headroom allocated. So will take a lot of churning. No one is arguing about the long term potential tho. Just the short term risk factors which need clarity first

You can't short DGI. It falls below the threshold. There will never been any borrow available on a stock this low in Mcap and freefloat. Don't know why people just assume you can short, most small caps you can't get any borrow on. I wouldn't short here. I would just wait for a lower entry when the risk events have played out and been removed.

Just disgusted at all the false information and ramping going around to try and entice buyers to buy here ahead of imminent placing and CLN risk. Its ludicrous.

17m is a transfer for a start ha. Despite the 8m and 5m buys you can still only sell 5m max before it goes NT on the bid

Sounds like our friend has a stake in the CLN at 0.035p. Its in his interests to protect the shareprice and keep it as high as possible. Maximise profits when his 0.035p CLN is converted. So transparent

Its pretty funny how the market is ignoring Panther. Dotted Lake is going to be a major major takeover target once that permit is granted. Wishbone now has the permit and is probably already being lined up with a funding partner. Then of course we have drilling at Awkward to come shortly along with sample/assay results. £3.5m Market Capitilisation currently. Wouldn't look out of place 10x higher soon i think. Darren recently bought at 130p i think. VERY cheap

Do you understand that the recent RNSs actually state a major fund raise is imminent as part of their move to AIM? Do you understand that they recently approved £8m of headroom to raise money at the recent GM? Do you understand that the huge CLN position priced at 0.035p becomes active once the move to AIM is complete.

Its mental that people think they can just sweep this under thye caroet, tell people to buy because the long term potential is fantastic. Thats largely irrelevant at this stage. Why buy now when there is a huge risk of being significant under water shortly

Yep i sold my final 10m today at 0.0886p as i plan to add back when the placing happens. I like the company but can't hold risk near term given whats likely to happen

Success at Blue Mountain triggering the company to complete acquisition and also some great progress at Lolworth with grades up to 13g/t

Darren's end game is takeover. He's convinced that someone will snap Panther up soon. We have 3 big projects which will be attracting HUGE attention. Wishbone which has recently secured a permit. Dotted Lake which i suspect is pending and of course Awkward which they are lined up to drill shortly. Will be gobsmacked if they don't have a commercial find on at least one of these given all the data and information we have to hand.

Probabilities suggest all 3 are commercial

People need to understand what Dotted Lake is to PALM

On every single metric they compare or exceed what GT Resources had prior to their discovery

GT got a 100% success rate on 6 holes drilled, with 6 different anomalous areas, over a 20km.

Panthers soil samples are better than GTs. They have 4 different areas targeted over 3km so much closer concentration. Once that drill goes in the ground it’s fireworks

Glencore are watching. As are GT. once that permit announced watch this space it’s going to explode

That is an impressive RNS. Sounds like Dotted Lake is going to be a big focus. Assume permit will be granted shortly as well
