Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, is pleased to provide an unaudited trading update for the 12 months ended 31 December 2019.



Financial Highlights (1)



· Revenue increased 91% to US$22.2 million (2018: US$11.7 million for 13 months)

· Adjusted EBITDA (2) loss reduced 36% to US$3.0 million (2018: loss of US$4.7 million) (3)

· Cash position as at 31 December 2019 was US$2.0 million (31 December 2018: US$1.6 million)

KPIs (1)

· Brand advertiser count of 280 as at 31 December 2019, up 75% on December 2018 (160)

· Global revenue per 1,000 downloads (eCPM) for December 2019 increased 16% to US$29.60 (December 2018: US$25.49)

· Total available premium advertising impressions for the 12 months to 31 December 2019 up 59% to 1,644 million (2018: 1,035 million)

Should see that when the RH results land. Really exciting prospect here. Big turnaround play

Not only did he take £25k in the placing last month but he has taken another £4k at 0.133p in the open market. Certainly gives confidence that this is a good buy price pre Gold results and further operations in Q1. Would expect things to heat up next week. Multibagger in the making here

These 6 x seed investments in the esports space are going to be huge. Market doesn't realise it yet. Focus is on SatoshiPay, which on its own underpains the current mcap and more.

Nice buy. People were paying 0.16p yesterday. So this is an absolute bargain. Will be volatile on low volume but i fully expect things to heat up very quickly here into Christmas. Could easily do 100% on Gold Grade results.

Looking good for a decent run into Christmas and Q1. Loads going on. At £3m mcap it is significantly undervalued. The 6 seed investments are a gamechanger for the company. Multibagger.

Can see this going mental tomorrow. Absolutely primed. Couple days consolidating and backtesting. Now really for new highs

Monday was the warm up. Tuesday consolidated and cleared out some profit takers and weak holders. I'd expect us to be over 3p today. The management team have a busy 10 days ahead in London and when they announce that this $100m is all signed sealed delivered then my word there is going to be a huge rise here. Mcap at £4m is just tiny.

Just been informed by broker been a sizeable seller thsi morning. Legacy holder who was desperate for cash, been carted out on a couple of other stocks.
