Nice to see Robert, one of the Directors, putting his hand in his pocket. That in itself suggests its not a total dud as some are predicting.

May see a few more of these TRs as few other Directors particpated in the placing.

4p would only give it a £6m mcap. If you have had the chance to Gobind and Danny Swick, and see the kind of size deals they are lining up, and the commissions ALGW could potentially earn off that its easy to see this at £10m+ mcap in a flash.

This new guy Austin has serious pedigree as well. Its been a long time coming but feel we are close to a transformational period.

Whether you buy at 1p or 1.5p or 2p is largely irrelevant. Its binary. If they start converting some of these deals then it will multibag

Copper grades less impressive, granted. But Gold grades are very high. Extract from RNS last week.

Thats why David Fraser has been booted from the board and new CEO Brian Hall has stepped up. DF was a horrendous CEO that did nothing but kill shareholder value. So you are completely right in your post, the only thing missing is that DF is no longer involved in the company. Thank Goodness

You sold your stock. Move on. Retail always sell the lows and buy the highs. That's why most lose money.

You made a mistake selling today at 0.1p. Dont bother continue posting trhing to convince yourself and others that you made the right choice. You didnt.

Its valued at next to nothing. They have cash to see them for next 4-5 months. So short term certainly it isnt going lower.

Yes circa £1.25m mcap with £350k ish cash in bank. Still pretty damn cheap though for what they have.

They have £300k which is enough to do some gold sampling and further work in Q1... As per RNS.

They have new leadership under Brian Hall. Who has put his money on the line along with shareholders.

And they have various licences in Nevada with a main focus on Copper & Gold.

Yet it is valued like a shell. So struggling to see an argument for downside from these levels.

Positives:

New CEO and David Fraser Gone.
David Fraser taking no salary or fees
Directors participating in recent raise. Putting their cash on the line is always something i look for
High Gold Grades discovered - Gold Sample results due in next 4 weeks
£700k market cap. Valued like a shell.

Negatives

Copper play has low grades hence the focus on Gold
Will need more funds in 4-5 months

I see a turnaround play here given the cheap mcap. I've been wrong before and i'll be wrong again. But i quite like it and i see value. Good Luck all

If you think for one moment that ETX would do the placing and then give everyone non hedged positions to close off market, then you really have absolutely no idea about the mechanics of these things at all.

Agenda driven garbage. It's just a normal placing, done by a variety of investors at ETX. Same as any of the other brokers. If you want to sell, you sell in open market. Ring them up you'll soon find out.

I did a token £10k, in answer to your question, not that it's any of your business.

Shrapnel really. No idea how many anyone else did, but I believe it would be a decent turnaround play. If I wanted 10% I wouldnt have bothered, and I certainly would have already sold.

My target is 0.2p+ into Q1. Whether I'm right or wrong isnt of great concern as position size is small. Think I'll leave the posting to you guys who are more interested in Leon than the company.

Jarvy. I wasnt involved in URU or MRS, I know they ended badly but they also offered fantastic trading opportunities and gains for investors.

I'm not here to argue about other shares or other individuals. I saw value here, I think will probably rise over coming months. Only got a small position so wont lose any sleep over it.

I dont really care what others do. Best thing you can do is focus on your portfolio rather than getting distracted with your hate agendas.

I have no interest in arguing or discussing anything other than GWMO. So that will be it from me.

I sleep just fine at night knowing that I buy a share if I see value and hopefully I make money along the way. Call a few badly wrong as well as right, like we all do. So fingers crossed this pans out well. Pays your money and take your chance.

Talk about a man hunt haha. This whole board come alive. Zero focus on GWMO... just an excuse to vent anger on Leon haha.

My view is that the sooner people take responsibility for pressing the buy and sell buttons the better. Anyone who listens to anyone else is a mug. You do your own research and make your own decisions, and most importantly you take responsibility for your own risk management and position sizing.

ChicMiller has it right. It's so obvious that GWMO is going to go on a decent run from here. Newsflow due, new management, PR kicking off next week. Buy low sell high. You come unstuck if you buy in and hold on for the dream.

At 0.11p/0.12p itll make you money, that's my view. I've picked up a few open market in the 0.11p range.

It's all noise to me. I'll say it again, focus on the company and opportunity, that's all that matters.

If you think it's cheap buy some. If not dont. The rest is irrelevant.

People would do well to focus on the above and not waste energy. GWMO might not be for everyone. But that's fine. I think it's cheap and I used a turnaround with newsflow catalysts and new CEO. Nothing more nothing less.

I dont care what personal spats people have. I look at company and value. I see opportunity here at GWMO end of.
