We are down at 0.24p because of the poor history and past. We all know that. Doesn't need constantly repeating. I like to look forward at the potential and the future. Its too cheap down here and Andrew will be well aware he needs to get a positive pattern of newsflow from now onwards.

I expect that to happen and i expect VASt to trade significantly higher throughout Q4

It was trading at 0.25 v 0.28p the day before. Then placing at 0.225p

Not a huge discount. However the drop from 0.4p to 0.23p was very disappointing admittedly

On the plus side it’s now hugely oversold and looking very very cheap

Well Sandy and others are trying to tell me they were sold before the placing was announced to the market. Never heard something so ludicrous in my life ha

Anyway let’s see what today has in store. I’m bullish short term. Called 0.4p lows wrong BUT rode the wave 0.2p to 2p back over summer and also rode the wave from 0.7p to 1.3p

Expecting maybe 0.23p up to 0.4/0.5p quite quickly next

Unless they are discretionary clients the broker has to ring each client individually and make them inside. If they are discretionary then do you think the broker can forward sell loads of stock, then shove their clients into a placing that’s already been sold? It’s just astounding how you are still riding this rodeo of market abuse lol

If a broker is inside on a placing deal then for starters they can’t sell anything.

Broker would lose licence in a flash selling loads of stock then making their clients inside on a deal that’s already been forward sold.

Imagine if broker rang me up and said hey I’ve sold loads of stock at 0.6p for you. Do you want to take a 0.4p placing and trouser the gain between 0.6p to 0.4p? I mean wow. People would be falling over themselves to do it. It’s a license to print money and massively illegal haha

The facts are very clear. If you are privy to insider information (a placing coming) you can't trade in that stock until its been publically announced. It really is that simple. Its easy for retail traders to come up with these big conspiracies to help them justify why they keep losing in the market. But reality is your just swimming with the sharks and aren't very good at what you do.

I'm not retail. You are making silly assumptions. No retail investor would have my extensive knowledge of the system. Anything you claim i can refute because i have the experience and knowledge that you and other retail traders on here don't have.

I know exactly what happens. I wouldn't expect you to understand nor believe me as its far easier to carry on with the retail trader fairy stories

I wonder at what point we get some new bulls turning up here. Its pretty lonely for me. Techguru seems positive but mainly its just long term holders crying into their cornflakes having lost their life savings by investing long term in an AIM company

Nope. Wrong again. This is evidence that Cornhill Capital forward sold shares in New World Oil & Gas back in 2016 when they did a placing SUBJECT TO GM... Thats the difference. And even then you are selling stock AFTER the market is aware of a placing.

Back in the day you could forward sell placing shares if it had been announced to market subject to GM. They sold the whole lot and then the GM rejected the placing. So they had an astonishing amount of naked shorts in the market that needed to quickly buy back pisitions... If memory serves me correct it did a 1000% rise as everyone had to buy back stock and plenty of people were wiped out

Now i'll ask again. Give me an example when people have been able to forward sell a straight forward placing before its been announced? Which is what you hilarious retail lot seem to think is perfectly normal and happens all the time.

You are getting confused. There have been situations when placings have been announced but subect to a GM. Placees have tried to forward sell the stock post announcement, but before its been approved, and got screwed because its not been approved at GM so they are net short in a stock with no delivery. So they have to frantically buy back the shares in the market

It doesn't happen on a normal placing because its illegal to sell stock if you are inside on the placing deal. Incidentally most of these small caps have no borrow so you can't short the likes of VAST anyway.

Ok smart ****. I've done loads of placings and i've never been able to do that. I'm also extremely up to speed on the rules of the game. Can you explain when you've done a placing and been able to forward sell stock before its been announced? I'd love to hear this

Discount is irrelevant. What matters is decent liquidity and a rise post placing. If that does not happen multiple times in a row then no one wants to give them money again. Its called market mechanics

The market has been doing it for years because generally after they raise money they have multiple bits of good news and the shareprice goes on a run = everyone happy

Long term they need sustainable progress for sure, which so far has evaded them. But my point is short term we go up from here. We can disagree. I was wrong around 0.4p but i know whats at stake so i'm much more confident from 0.22-0.24p range all time lows.
