Atlas... Darwin... Bergen... etc etc all these CLN providers over the years have the capabilty to forward sell stock that they can then at a later date convert. Its how their business model works. Its completely different to selling a placing before it even exists like that plonker Sandy is suggesting

The stock is guarenteed to be issued as per the CLn terms. The issue with Atlas on that one occasion was that they had forward sold stock AFTER Vast had RNSd that the CLN had been paid off. Thus making it an intriguing situation. As it happens they managed to wriggle themselves ot of it, no doubt the legal teams were heavily involved, and VAST issued the shares to Atlas which allowed tjem to then close.

Why? The settlement date is irrelevant in terms of placee's trading the stock. As soon as announced to market, as per 31st oct, the stock is tradable.

I would actually argue after 14th November the placing stock has all been paid for and the company has recieved the money. So anyone that took the placing for a quick flip and couldn't afford to settle would have been gone before that.

I'm actually quite encouraged by the price action so far. Held pretty firm and i think all eyes are on the next move

My view remains we see multiple positive bits of news emerge and rally from here. Most of you lot think no news and they need more money. Time will tell i guess. GL all

The placing has been announced. Its public knowledge. The placing shares settle on 14th Nov but can be sold at any point after the Placing has been made public knowledge. Thus not gaining any advantage and breaching insider trading regulations.

Thats not what Sandy was talking about when he was saying forward selling... He was suggesting that the placing shares have been sold long before the placing has even been announced. Insider dealing at its finest. Illegal and to be honest not even possible in this climate.

Placing shares have been active since Monday, as per the RNS. So i think we can safely say they have little or no interest in selling down below 0.23p based on the price action
