I just don't see how some people are tryintg to spin that Capstone increasing their holding from 150m to 180m is anything but a positive lol. Its embarrassing

Exactly they know diamonds are coming and they know there aint no placing. Its just a security measure put in place to make the debt holders feel more comfortable

To be fair whether its £8m or £25m it'll be a huge boost to VAST at current Mcap

There are alot of variables given the size of the individual diamonds are unknown. Lots of small ones are less valuable than less large ones.

Bottom end £8-£10m top end £20m+ is the guidance i've been given

Its very very simple. Capstone is a hedgefund and bought the VAST 150m shares previously via a CFD/Swap mechanism, its very common

Barclays were the underlying hence they owned the shares on behalf of Capstone.

Capstone then added another 30m to take holding up to 180m and transfered them into a sharedealing account so that they hold the physical stock for voting purposes

Its all irrelevant mechanics to be honest

The simple answer is Capstone bought 150m shares. Then they bought another 30m shares. End of

Funny to watch. We have institutional investor adding 30m shares to existing position and some people are trying to find a negative in that just because they moved to physical share stock so they can vote at the coming GM

When AP brings the diamonds and sells them for £15m+ its going to be funny to watch the scramble
