Divestment of the Company's non-core Finnish projects is progressing with the first day of trading of Metals One plc on the AIM expected on 31 July 2023. Bluejay to receive cash and shares valued in excess of £4 million GBP in exchange for the Paltamo and Rautavaara Black Schist projects. Following its admission to the AIM, Bluejay is expected to hold 29.01% of the issued share capital in Metals One.

Very encouraging results from Argo Asset.

People don’t really understand just how big BP is

Worth potentially hundreds of millions, it’s a monster asset

£10m Mcap could look pretty small when they turn profitability in Q3 and hit nameplate capacity

Then we have positive drill results which aid further expansion

That’s before we even start talking about other assets & diamonds, which will give VAST the cash to accelerate growth

Wouldn't surprise me to see news tomorrow and a close above 0.4p tomorrow

The debt will get extended. The RNS & podcast both said as much

In addition the debt providers are both already long term partners to VAST. And there have been no penalties for extensions or missing payment deadlines.

It appears they know the diamonds are coming soon and are happy to be patient

That being said it probably does become a more serious discussion in Sept/Oct if still no diamonds

Really they need to be sorted in July

Well if the share buyback kicks in at somepoint soon, after a supposed asset sale which is keeping directors all inside and quiet for now, then things could heat up pretty quick & move fast

This is a comopany swimming in cash which is a very fortunate and strong position to be in for 2023

Often this is what we see before the next big move

Retail capitulation, price depressed, all hope is gone... Then whoosh. Off we go on the cycle again

Fantastic summary and thanks for taking the time to outline & summerise for investors. Sounds like at these levels there is alot to be excited about with multiple catalysts. To be honest im gobsmacked this hasn't attracted more interest from these levels.

Although nice £20k buy just came in here at 1.725p

I still maintain now is a terrible time to sell or get bearish.

There are plenty of catalysts lined up

Strong hints that debt extension will land shortly, drilling results, BP production report and of course diamonds could be lined up ready to sell shorlty.

Lots to play for and now they've raised money that can be put to bed for at least a couple of months
