.....don�t even know why you all think there will be an RNS confirming the funds will be in the bank, they�ve already told you that they�ll receive it on or around the 24th. Total waste of company funds if they do. I also don�t understand why you think the sp will re rate to between 15p>25p because of it, the market already knows!

I�m on here to see how it pans out, knowledge is king in this game. The red flags here might turn up elsewhere one day in a stock I�m invested in or looking at investing in. I�ll then have a heads up, nothing wrong with that. I�m also no expert, but when a company takes on CLN�s which when converted gives the holders most of the company and still leaves the company with no money issuing a warning, even after selling the jewels and raising more funds. Then you�ve got to wonder why you�re even here, never mind me!!

There�s only one option regardless of assay results and that�s short term funding to keep the lights on. As L&D practically own the company it will involve them as I don�t see them allowing anyone else in to dilute their holding. No doubt more convertable loan notes.

Ok then Christopheros, but until you can and do back up your statements that Dan and myself are telling lies and twisting things then your argument is flawed and you will continue to look foolish! So, what do you think happens now bearing in mind they have enough money to last a couple of months at max. How do they get out of this situation to help you get out of yours?

I can�t see the sp massively re-rating due to receiving the funds myself, the market knows they will get them now anyway and the sp never went up in Friday. The anticipation feeds the sp not the event so I�ll go for a red week.

You talk out your rear Christopheros, you�ve bought in here no doubt without any real research but will not admit to yourself that it was a big mistake. I�ve have never said this will go bust, or stated anything dishonest. I�ve asked you many times before to provide your evidence to back up your statement and as yet you haven�t, which says it all. At least everyone can see your agenda and that�s to try and discredit the likes of Dan and myself in the hope that we go away and you can then continue with your rose tinted views in the hope that someone believes you and buys in to get you out the steaming pile that you find yourself in. Just like many in this world now it�s always someone else�s fault, so let me tell you something, it�s not, it�s yours and it�s yours only. So it�s no good blaming Dan and myself for posting what we believe and what the market is saying. If news comes out that is exceptionally good no amount of deramping will alter the sp�s reaction and vice versa.

So what�s next Dan? What are the options? L&D throw in some more drawdown funds at a heavily discounted price, L&D say no it�s wound up and they walk away with the asset anyway, L&D allow another investor to put some money in diluting themselves in the process, orrrr.....

It�s not called news in this day and age now, what with all that fake stuff around. Acp�s shareholders are waiting for one of the �multiple value accretive milestones� !!!!

Depends whether it�s a gross or net royalty, weren�t cost around $850. The binding agreement will tell you more when they inform the market.

I’ve broken many bones in my time K, but by far the worst, for me anyway was a crushed finger end, shattered into a good few pieces. It was like a cartoon injury throbbing constantly and having to drill through my nail daily to relieve the pressure because I wouldn’t let them pull my nail off wasn’t much fun. That and a dislocated left thumb while having a broken right shoulder wasn’t much fun either. Damn motorcycles, great fun but hurts when you get it wrong.

The law of averages goes against me and you were right K but as no news came to justify the push up in the first place the 2p comment was justified. It’s happened before so could happen again, this is AIM after all it happens daily. If mm’s can manipulate it down they can manipulate it up. If you believe in the 10-50p longterm then 3p > 2p is just an ebb after the flow nothing to worry about and a chance for you to add more. I try and build free holdings by trading it’s what AIM is all about for me. Have a great Christmas and take some pills for the pain.
