Where does it say the PSA is to be announced any day in October ?

Apparently drilling expected in November going on what the company has stated in regards to drill slots been available with two rig operators. They’re also looking at a third back up rig. The funding situation is anyone’s guess, they got some funds of Miton (Aaog shareholder) but also struck up a lead walled financial deal with Riverfort(Miton has a large stake) and YA but no one knows how much if anything that will pay on the selling of 110m shares over the next 12 months plus.

Forget the flying then, it’s a diving!

If they don’t declare how much this deal is worth monthly then it’s just another lead wall for investors to try and see through, I’d bet my bottom dollar that if the price was above the benchmark price investors would know how much this deal brought in this month already. As its way way below, silence will no doubt be the course of action taken.

Angelaj has some very valid points though ES but most just disregard the posts through needing someone to blame. So when I couldn’t find where it says Riverfort and YA can cancel within 5 days etc I’m allowed to ask where that info has come from. Why that point and not any other? Because I’m interested in how this type of deal plays out, investors now wince at the likes of Riverfort type convertible funding deals so it will be interesting to see if this type is any better. At the moment it’s not looking good and Aaog issued a big chuck shares for this unknown amount of funding.

I can’t find anywhere where it’s says the financiers call pull out Angelaj, where did you read that?

The investors will use their best endeavours to sell, it doesn’t say they have to sell. They could go with the assumed amount of trades route and stack them up.

That all depends washers, the sp has dropped 50% then the investor might only sell 50% of the assumed monthly amount which could amount to nowhere near the amount explained in the deal. The market would take a dim view on that.

.....if there’ll be and end of day drop again today. Plus will there be an RNS stating what funds have been received from the ‘investors’ after the 5 day period?
