27 sept, singer served notice that if the resolution is not passed then they will cease to act as nomad.
30 sept, resolution not passed, Singer stop been nomad.

MOS are bust as a listed company so can’t pay singer.
MOS don’t need a nomad if they’re not listed.

Just looked through a few points, after the GM when the resolutions wasn’t passed by the 75% MOS had £60k left. They warned that if funding wasn’t found they would delist ,if it was it would be very highly dilutive to shareholders. They believe it’s in the best interest of shareholders to delist to save money to keep the company going as they they can’t carry on as a going concern been listed. Would you carry on been the nomad ?

They don’t need to give an explanation, if he company is delisting and going private then there is no need for a nomad/broker.

Below the mid price is registered as a sell above the mid price its registered as a buy. The bid/ask are variables and are not set ie constantly adjusting. The software just does its thing, nothing sinister or spooky.

So now they are free of some of the constraints, they obviously wanted that covenant in place for a reason!

I would also be looking at what this covenant means set by the investor as the 60 day period is nearly up!

This is not implying the isa shares can be cancelled, it actually tells you what it’s for in the paragraph within the RNS!!!

It maybe hindsight for you but it wasn’t for others!!

Or it could just be that they are not replying to individual shareholders anymore due to a more organised and inclusive approach to shareholder communication than they have in the past, because they believe that it is appropriate that all shareholders and interested parties should receive the same information at the same time!

Just thought I’d call in here and ask if anything’s changed, met with hostility from Anto. So obviously nothing has changed Zorbas still playing everyone, investors still angry, drill results missing (if they actually did drill) and more money needed again soon, Awesome.
