So they’re raising funds without the knowledge of the shareholders , jeeeez it gets worse

It does only take the one Diggit, but going on what you just said it’s a 15-1 bet and the one (uru) is one of the slowest I’ve ever seen,nothings happening. They don’t have any money for things to happen or a ceo who’s bothered. Which other CEO do you know that puts out a presentation with a schedule and costs that way exceed the cash available, not raise funds and not complete any of them! At this speed the only hope is an outright buyout but at this stage it would be a fraction of the assets potential worth.

Don’t forgot to add the dilution into your 2020 forecast aim, can’t be much left in the pot now. Maybe if there’s some money in the pot the auditor will have an opinion on URU’s 12 month forecasted financials, at present they don’t have enough evidence to support a going concern. Zorb and his accounts again, didn’t CCC have the same issues. It’s like he’s always trying the smoke and mirrors tactic!! Sign of a bad CEO of a listed company.

It’s one of the first things I look at when researching a stock Diggit, how much are they paying themselves? As you say they’re all at it hence why I don’t ‘invest’ and only ‘punt’ money in those stocks. Now if they are doing a good job and hitting timelines they themselves have set, or actually explain why if they don’t in a timely manner then I can cut them a bit of slack but not much. Too many lifestyle companies on aim and it’s getting worse imv, greed will be the downfall.

Why worry when the AGM is? It’s only a formality anyway to make sure the directors get their renumeration firstly and they can issue more dilution through share issues while pi’s wait, and wait, and wait for something material to change the trend of the sp.

I don’t have a motive bentnose, it’s just that whenever I come back to this board for a catch up the one and only anto goes into attack mode against everything I post. That’s the wrong way to play with me, simple as that.

I sold some at the time because of it, should of sold them all then instead of reducing as the months past by at lower and lower prices. Token holding now so not to bad a hit.

Maybe, I also don’t average down. Fools game, one out of ten might pay off, always leaves you overexposed and leaves you in a position to lose more than you can afford to lose. Hence why the trend is your friend. Stocks generally go down for a reason (and no it’s not because one poster on a bb posts negative).

None whatsoever ofd, even if I was invested I’d still not be concerned. You see that’s how the market works, there’s a thousand different opinions with wallets and the only one that matters is your own. Never like to see any pi lose money though(well most of them) but because I’m not invested doesn’t make my opinion any less relevant, that’s just simply wrong. So for Anto to claim there’s a high spread because shares are all in sticky hands as investors are buying and holding them is also wrong. The mm’s see this as high risk long term hold as no one is buying or wants to buy in significant amounts mainly due to how this company is/has been performing, they mitigate that risk by the high spread. Now if some good news or volume did appear that spread would narrow and they would alter the bid and ask to churn out the trades which is how they make their money.

I am right ofd, here we are a stagnant low sp , an arrogant ceo, earning money for nothing 3 years later.
