Also, the Golden Eagle acquisition looks very expensive paying $325 which at a profit margin of $20 per barrel will make ~ $72m in the first year. however this will decline each year, as production falls. With production at 10,000 bpd that is 3.7 MMbbls a year and with only 18 MMbbls of net 2P reserves, the field will soon be depleted.

Seems to me a very desperate deal to keep production around 60k

With Brent at 60 this isn’t moving. As I pointed out early until the 50m gets raised the sp won’t rise much but could collapse on a bad day.

Metro Bank completes sale of GBP3bn residential mortgage portfolio to NatWest Group plc ("NatWest")

Further to Metro Bank's announcement on 18 December 2020 regarding the sale of a portfolio of owner occupied residential mortgages (the "Portfolio") to NatWest, Metro Bank confirms that the sale completed on 2 February 2021 as expected.

The Portfolio had a gross book value of GBP3,044m resulting in a total cash consideration of GBP3,127 million.
