worst bit is tlw broker rating 45p....currently trading above it.
Enquest broker rating 33p...currently trading at 21p.....

after the completion of acquisition Enquest production will be similar to tlw aprox 60k with a lot lower debt.....

Tullow debt figure were high because of hedges in the 50's and realised oil price of 55 for first 6 month even though brent was above 70....
Enquest realised oil price for H1 should be a lot higher!!

Same could be said about the debt......the additional debt won't be shown on the half yearly....
Reckon fcf should be decent even with 48k production....
