What’s messed up for tullow is low hedging in H1 2021 and high interest payment!!
Brent was 70 in H1 but tullow got payed only 55... FACT!!

By enquest you mean Kraken which is relatively new oil field actually came online after TEN. Currently producing 35k with potential to increase.
New acquisition of GE portfolio add another 10k with new drills to increase it to 14k net to enquest.

Enquest will pat divi from 2022 but there is absolutely no chance in hell tullow can afford any divi after the expensive deal.
Enquest don’t need to refinance it’s 2023 bond as it can comfortably pay that from existing cash flows....
