Allways - Pls think before you post. If you were a Bank Manager, would you allocate your resources for months end or years on no win fee basis? It would make sense at all.

Mine - Only the City big holders will determine what's a good price. Any take over has to be voted by share holders. BOD will recomand or may not. Hostile bids do not need share holders approval. That's what I think, pls feel free to correct me, in case I am wrong.

TD839 - thee are just over 2.5 billion shares and Directors holds around 25%, PI 14% and rest with major instutions. So if the Directors don't sell, then others won't sell, unless there is enough profit for them. Game of cat and mouse. Please feel free to correct me, if you wish to.
