If all they said in an interview and in RNS, then IMHO the company is worth between 675 Mill to 1 Bill, but only time will tell, which will be lot sooner, then people think. No BIG BANKS going to have lot of resource allocated for making a deal on FEE basis for longer then, they really need to. Deal will happen with few months, rather then years.

GM All - I am a holder of .5 Million shares and do not like to post much here. If you the holders keep replying to the likes of Codey/Rob/Majorboy, & Zebbo, which most of us think is totally BS, When you reply, all you doing is adding more fuel to the fire, just ignore their posts(which is what I do) or filter them. They are as much allowed to post, as every one else. If they think SP will be down to 1.5p, let them believe it, as only time will tell, who got it right. Just relax, as trading day is less then 24 hrs away.

One of the below will happen IMHO
Mr Hill takes it private or another bidder comes along
Sell the bad loans they have on the book and payoff expensive MREL
Raise funds to payoff MREL, which will allow for the expansion to continue and show some profit, which is what the market is looking for. I know they said on the conference call, they have no intentions to raise funds.

GM All - Most of the post are I lost 39K/I lost 29K/I lost 19K, No one has lost any money at all. We are all down, on our investment and you will be a loser, when you sell the shares. If you are still holding, you are down and you have a paper loss. The SP is being kept down, so that PI's can get bored/fed up and hopefully sell. Soon or later SP will rocket. I for one won't be selling soon.

IMHO there will be a bid or bids before year end or there may already be bid on the table. I think that's is the main reason, as to why Mr Hill did runner. Had he stayed until 31st Dec, he would have been compelled to toe the line with BOD. Now he is free to make plans with his friends, as to what they intend to do further.

If any of you think, the BOD gives two TOSS about the share holders, then you are sleep walking. BOD cares about the Funds and who ever else comes up with decent bid. People needs to wake up.

Mark@1973 - If we are not notified by next week, that V.Hill or BOD have increased their holding, then that means they are aware of any early stages of Bids or Bidders. Which pervants them buying.
