As mentioned in some of my earlier posts, I often use AI to continue to monitor the situation and it always seems pretty close. This is todays view;

An official timeline can now be determined based on the specific project location, as Oracle Power’s Northern Zone Gold Project is located in Western Australia (25km east of Kalgoorlie), rather than the Northern Territory.

The Mining Lease application for this project (M25/389) is highly advanced, and the final step of the Assessment for Determination is expected to yield a final grant within the coming weeks (historically translating to 14 to 30 days for final ministerial sign-off once all regulatory clearances are met).

The progression toward final determination moves through this specific timeline for the following reasons:

1. Key Obstacles Have Already ClearedUnder the Western Australia Mining Act 1978, the heaviest delays usually stem from Native Title and environmental objections. Oracle Power officially confirmed that it has finalised native title agreements with the Marlinyu Ghoorlie Native Title Claimant Group and completely resolved all remaining third-party objections. Because these legal hurdles are cleared, the Assessment for Determination is a purely administrative formality.

2. Ongoing Work Supporting the "Determination" Phase. Oracle Power and its development partner, MEGA Resources, are actively preparing for immediate development, which underscores that the lease determination is imminent:Geotechnical & Mine Planning: The team has already progressed to advanced geotechnical diamond-tail drilling to establish final pit slope stability.

Mine Development and Closure Plan (MDCP): Environmental assessments, flora/fauna surveys, and topsoil analysis are already underway.

Heritage Clearance: Initial heritage surveys have come back clear with no identified sites, providing clean leverage for the final ministerial determination.

What This Means for the TimelineBecause the recommendation has been formalised and the statutory objection windows have passed, the "Determination" is the final signature needed from the WA Minister for Mines and Petroleum. Barring any administrative backlogs in the Western Australian department, you can expect the regulatory market announcement declaring the official lease grant before the end of this month.

I can see why you'd think that Davenport, but it doesn't fit the model. Oracle have always stated that their aim is to get each project moving, then sell of a portion or take in extra investment, but still retain a portion for ongoing income. Could well be that they will sell a further stake though

Been using AI to run projections quite a lot over the last 12 months and the figures change a lot if you add Thar to the mix.

For just Northern Zone it puts the sp at 0.08 to 0.12 after the ML, 0.25 to 0.30 on first dig and 0.75 to 1.10 on first pour. This rises to 1.10 to 1.40 as income starts coming in. 1p by end of this year is perfectly feasible.

Add in Thar and it jumps to 3.50 as soon as shovel hits coal. This rises dramatically as soon as sales go through, with over 10p likely as there are also Coal to Gas and Fertiliser sales.

Thar would require PowerChina (or similar) to throw a couple hundred million £s into the pot. Thar is a recognised Tier 1 assett, so it has the status, if it can get the government-backed guarantees for tariffs. Just like Northern Zone, Thar would be an open-pit mine, so fast to set up once the Rail-line is in. 6 to 12 months is possible once any agreements have been put in place. The Gas and Fertiliser would take longer, as there are physical build required.

ThatBoi, the preliminary report said 4 weeks, which is tomorrow. Being due, doesn't mean it's definitely going to arrive on time, but they seem to be pushing it as hard as they can, so I'd reckon it's got to be pretty close.

Heritage clearance for the Northern Zone Gold Project in Western Australia (tenements P25/2888, P25/2848, and P25/2651) is due to go through tomorrow. That's going to be another part of MDCP submission ticked off. Hopefully that's now everything we need and we get the green light. I can't think of anything else that may be holding it back.

Hi Zesty. a 3x bagger once the ML comes through, then jumps again at first dig and again at first pour. There are other pieces of news that could also push the price higher as they keep drilling and finding higher core samples etc.

Main thing is though, that the ML definitely hasn't been priced in, so we can expect at least three main increases in the SP during the next 6 months!

Good conversation going on at HotCopper at the moment. They reckon that Investment Funds won't touch any mining company or stocks until there is a Mining Lease. Even though they may fully believe in the stock, they can't buy. Once the Mining Lease arrives, they are saying that it will be like lighting the blue touch paper.

I saw that on Hot Copper too and asked AI to search for any changes on any of the regulatory sites, but it came up with nothing. It believed, as I do, that they've probably seen something about the original objections being cleared, which we new a few weeks back. Best to wait for an RNS or until we see some further evidence I reckon

I know there are still quite a few of us in here, who have kept the faith, which is now starting to get to the point of paying out. I originally bought in at 0.50, but have managed to reduce that down quite a bit by buying the dips, as I hope many of you others have. After all this time, it is getting really exciting to see how close we are to being in profit here. It's been a long and turbulent journey, but I've stayed happy to be a part of it all. Keep the faith and soon we will be there!

Yep, Thar looks like it would be open pit too, which means a lot less time to get the mine up and running. Looking to be a very, very big year for Oracle. Wouldn't want to be out of this one.

I was reading up on how the RGL folks are feeling about it over on the HotCopper forum and they reckon that the license is due by mid May. Interesting though was they state that Ed Mead is reported in an interview saying that MDCP is virtually complete and should be in by mid to late May. He said it is then generally 12 weeks until we start to turn soil. So dig should commence early to mid August.

The company has always stated that their objective is to take projects through to fruition, then retain a small amount and bring in other partners/sell on the major part, whilst holding a small portion for ongoing income. Being as the past probblems have all stemmed from not having an income at all, which is also the main reason for the super low market cap, they are extremely unlikely to sell on all of their remaining holding IMHO.

It may be that selling on some of it would be useful to give a lump some for development of the other projects, but I would also think that is unlikely as they have spoken previously as those being funded from other sources. Either external investment (pertnerships) or finance. Having as high an ongoing income as possible is going to be paramount at this point to show stability after a rocky start. It also makes it much easier to raise finance in future through any loans and gives them more credibility in the market when looking at future partnership agreements.

So many good things to come. Some will give gentle upticks to the sp, some will be much chunkier upticks. Lots of upticks to look forward to though.

The good thing Zesty, is that we won't have to wait long to find out. Looks like the news will come some time during Wednesday night, so we may see the sp rising before then due to FOMO.

That should put us back into the June timeframe for pulling the gold out. Onwards and Upwards!
