Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
For what it's worth, my view here is that the only economically viable option, is for the government to further push ahead with their development plans. They will be fully aware of that. The IMF has agreed their bailout, the region around Thar is one of the least affected and the country desperately needs to improve their economic situation. If other industries are likely to suffer, then those that can develop are more important than ever.
We've been waiting a long time for Oracle to be able to get boots on the ground and get the various projects moving. We have seen ebbs and flows. This is common, anyone who has invested in large scale projects, should be well aware of that. This is a long scale investment, which IMHO will bring excellent returns over the mid term (3 to 5 years), but there have been many delays and there will probably be many more. Again, this is common in this envirnment. In her last interview, Naheed stated that everything is continuing to move forward though, plus we have some excellent people on board.
Keep the faith
So with fuel protests kicking off in Lahore this morning, hopefully the government will start getting things moving a bit faster. It's been quite a while that the new government said they were going to fast track. They need to get the LOI out for Thar VI, so that we can get boots on the ground and help the situation.
They can't afford any further unrest at present, so fingers crossed this may be the catalyst to get things going.
Castle, I always thought this one may be a 10 bagger in the next 3 to 5 years. It's definitely starting to look like "soon" is a real possibility now though. So much news to come in over the next 6 months. This looks like the year everything finally comes together!
Yep, this may have upset the mmarket this morning, but I see 2 positive points. We haven't taken on any debt, which protects us from further increases in interest rates (very likely in the current climate), Secondly and more important, the raising of the necessary funds has been acted on extremely quickly, meaning we are going to get the LOI much sooner and can progress the project.
Once the LOI hits, the sp will bounce back up.
People are slowly starting to wake up and realise that this isn't just undervalued, it's seriously undervalued. Going to have to take another look at my forecasts as this is likely to break through even my highest expectations. With so much news still to come, this could jump massively over the next few months. GLA
This news is the likely turning point for Oracle. With us now likely to see further long term Investors, so reducing the effects of the Traders, in turn offering stability to the sp. I would still expect some volatility over the next 6 to 12 months, but as more news comes through and more long term Investors join, it should stabilise and offer predictable long term growth IMHO.
Thank you Naheed, our belief in you is being repaid
So after all the waiting, sitting around and sometimes wondering if investing here was a good decision, I am delighted to have 'Kept the faith'.
With the sp here having slowly been pushed down to its' present position, for over 2 years now, the upside could be huge as the LOI for the coal, possible JV for at least one of the gold projects and the beginning of the build for Green Hydrogen commences.
For those of you who have been around for a couple of years or more, you will have seen it gradually drop further and further (other than the occasional peak), waiting on good news.
Well that good news is likely to start hitting now, then continue hitting for a while to come. When a share price has been compressed down so much, for so long, it can bounce like a coiled spring. Not just a jump. Not a steady growth. Not a price spurt. I mean a massive leap, which if timed right, followed by further good news, can create phenominal increases.
Just saying...
Hi Takeachance. Yep, it went through at 8:18. Sometimes takes ages for the trade to show here, with it not showing at all on some occassions. It does show on the site listed by Lordsidcup (thank you for that).
Yep, looks like another period of good news is on the way IMHO, so just snapped up another 500,000 of these this morning.
Hopefully this is the last time we will see the sp down at these levels. Good luck all
Really enjoyed it too Washers. Each Q&A gets more positive as the projects continue to progress even further. Excellent that we are getting so close to being "on the ground" with some of them now.
Only 3 to 4 years until production for the majority, then we will have income producing projects. Plus the projects are going to help Pa***an in their dire need for coal, energy and reducing of importation costs. Then Green hydrogen is a huge way forward in tackling environmental issues.
Hopefully Oracle will start doing some further raising of public awareness of who they are now, as I think that could be very beneficial. Utilising free promotion through press releases and social media, could bring a huge following and aid the attracting of further investors. This company deserves to have recognition for all that they have achieved and are continuing to do. Well done Naheed et al
What an excellent run in to the weekend after all the doom and gloom! Also, this new position may carry even more benefits when it comes to further discussion on the Hydrogen, as she is now going to have better access to certain prominent peoples ears.
Can't help but feel that this is on the cusp of a huge increase in the sp. If it's still down at this level tomorrow, I'm gonna be looking at what other stocks I can let go to pick up some more here. Probably only be able to get around 750,000, but even a sniff of the LOI could make that well worth it.
Onwards and upwards. GLA
I think the timing of this is interesting. We are shortly (less than an hour I believe), about to hear the new budget for 2022/23. Considering Naheed previous time in the Sindh Government, could she have heard it was (or wasn't) going to include something useful? I'm not sure that any changes would have been likely to be made considering such a short timeframe, but it certainly does look like a 'shot across the bow', from ORCP.
Hopefully, more likely the Budget is going to include certain new measures/projects and Oracle wants to ensure it is included in with those as soon as the Budget is put into place. Fingers and toes crossed
From what we can see, the assay delays are affecting all mining companies worldwide. Patience is key during this time. Many won't be patient and move their funds elsewhere, which means more buying opportunities for the rest of us. Whatever happens, it won't affect the assay results when they finally come in. GLA
Adamadd, for me I'd like to see us hit 1p within the next 12 months, possibly 2-3p if things go well. I certainly wouldn't be surprised to see 3-5p shortly after, maybe. Although that would probably be it for a while as things settled and the investor type changed to be more heavily biased towards the longer term investor.
After year 3, I believe we would see a set of rising wedges (with corresponding dips), slowly taking up towards 5-10p as revenue would be close to coming in at that point. This would of course be dependant on many factors, most of which we won't even know exist at this point.
Year 5? I'd hope for anywhere between 10-50p, with a possibility of dividends, but that is a coin toss at the present. The main thing for me is that I see steady, reliable action as we move forward and the last 12 to 18 months has been exactly that. Things are constantly moving forwards. We have a CEO who likes to keep us informed with pretty regular updates and Q&A sessions (many don't). There are a few projects to provide growth and research shows that each is progressing.
There is the added bonus that each of the projects can suddenly 'Take off', giving a massive increase in the Mcap. In which case, my estimates would be miles off. That is of course what I am hoping, but that aside, I believe we will see Oracle continue to grow for at least a further ten to fifteen year time frame.
Only my opinion though. We all have to do our own research and decide where to invest (or not). GLA
