The lack of contracts = the boiler technology has not set the world on fire and its been around long enough to convince by now if it were going to succeed. My guess is SNT are going to go down a different route.

Maybe someone is being pressured into selling?
Maybe they lack confidence in new board?
All we know is that new bod are keeping their cards close to their chests...I guess got reasons of commercial secrecy. They wouldn't have come on board without a future vision.

What can we as shareholders do?

Is there ever anything more to an agm than a tickbox "all resolutions passed" exercise?

What can any of us realistically do to find out what is happening short of calling to houses of bod and asking directly and being met with "out of our hands". Ethically the whole charade is repulsive: taking investors' money and then keeping them in the dark.

RE Different Approach.....different indeed....keep hanging on until listing no longer possible and shareholders are in nursing homes and then ..who knows.

I wouldn't be surprised if application for main market listing is declined as this business stinks.
