I've been one of the most critical people towards the current board, but I' happy to sing their praises when they turn things around.

We now have directors buying and there's still people complaining.

Personally, I'm liking what I'm seeing and hearing here now.

Mxd2025, you know full well they used half the cash they raised to pay off all debts to clean everything up ahead of the RTO.

The last RNS demonstrated quite clearly that they are currently burning through next to no cash and are sitting on nearly £600k.

Next to no cash burn now everything has been paid off with plkenty of cash left as per the last update. One of the only clean shells left on the main market which will be getting it lots of attention.

On top of that, it's currently cheap as chips.

I'm as sceptical as they come, but I agree with what CurrentlyInStock has said. Everything he said makes perfect sense to me. There is incredible opportunity on offer now with everything potentially coming to a head.

Another decent day today. On a Friday going into a bank holiday weekend too. Really looks like a corner has been turned.

DB's appointment has served a purpose regardless of whether the RTO is with his company or not. A decent amount of money was raised at a massive premium and in the last 12 months all debts have been paid off and the company turned into the cleanest of clean shells with over half a million still in the bank and next to no cash burn.

This company hasn't been in such a good place in a very long time and I'd wager the opportunities aren't in short supply now.

There were barely any posts in the Telegram group until after someone started buying. Even since I've not seen anyone pumping anything.

Indeed, we had next to no volume here. No pumping or coverage anywhere, and then suddenly out of the blue someone bought stock amounting to what appeared to be in the tens of thousands of pounds.

I'd wager someone knows something and is positioning ready for whatever it is.

There's far too much in play here now for this to not come to something soon in my honest opinion.

It's moving in the same manner it did 6 or 7 months ago when it was impossible to buy and ender up squeezing to over 1p.

You can say that about almost every stock. I went through the failed RTO last time around, took a massive hit and moved on. That's why I was very dubious here until recently. Clean slate now though.

The current SP has no impact on the RTO deal that will be struck. The board have their targets and expectation and they will stand regardless of the SP. Why ramp the price to a silly level before the RTO when they could potentially give investors a 10x overnight from here?

Since the last RNS I'm quite optimistic about this one too mate.

Mcap is little more than the cash in the bank currently and the company have demonstarted that they are barely burning through any of it since paying off the debts. There aren't many clean shells or easy routes to the main market left but this is an obvious one. This is an easy buy for me now with very little obvious risk from here in my opinion.

I agree completely with that Big Cheesy. I had serious doubts here, but the last RNS does not bear the hallmarks of a board looking to live off the cash in the bank. They are genuinely trying to preserve it through to RTO.

Nobody else is complaining. TR1's are still content and sitting tight. The company updated the market a few weeks ago as to the state of play. The time to be moaning was before that update, as I was, but not now.

Also, given the market uncertainty due to the lunatic Trump, it's not the time to do anything at the moment. Even if the company people are speculating wanted to reverse into FPP right now, there's no way they wouldn't delay the RTO and listing until the markets steady a little and Trump has simmered down again.

For a long time I was extremely dubious here given past form, but the last RNS clarified a lot of things for me.

Having read through a lot of documents recently as they pertain to this company and the company many are speculating is the target, I'm almost convinced that we will likely a RTO go into motion in the very near term.

There is too much latent potential here, and the last RNS cleared up all doubts in my mind that the board may have just been using this as a vehicle to draw a wage. That is quite clearly not the case now and it appears we could be in for a very profitable Spring/Summer if my calculations are correct.

I'm as cynical as they come, especially in the current market, but I'm genuinely excited about this one currently.

There is more opportunity to RTO now than there was back then.

This is one of the the few clean shells left to reverse into on the LSE right now.

The company released a RNS a fortnight ago explaining where they are in the process and outlining what they are looking at. They have also clearly outlined that they have barely burnt through any of the cash left since paying off all debt last year and intend to make sure this cash sees them through the RTO process they are working towards with their intended target.

That's precisely my feeling BC. I had major reservations here, especially about the management, and I felt the price was reasonable given the uncertainty.

After today's RNS I'm happy to say the current price here is extremely cheap relative to the overall situation and potential going forward.

With no dilution confirmed it's a game changer now. A RTO where FPP is apportioned just 10% of £30m company is 200% from here and that's the absolute worst case scenario in my opinion. I would say it's far more likely we see a company valued in the £50m-£100m range looking to list through us. If we only get 10%, that's 400%-900% from here if goes ahead, and a RTO looks nailed on now.

With this now sitting under£1m mcap and and it being confiremed the company has over £500k in the bank, no debt, next to no cash burn, this represents a massive opportunity for a main market shell right now. It's unthinkable that a RTO isn't on the very near horizon with very little else out there in the way of choice for companies looking to list.
