The only people who prefer it this way are the institutions getting a 95% discount. What's the point in retail putting a penny into this if they are going to keep raising capital at a 95% discount?

Retail had the opportunity to get in at 2.5p on SWC.

Also, SWC was only valued at a few million then at 2.5p, so there was a massive runway for rapid growth. SATS on the other hand, starting off at with £200m and being valued ay £800m will take years to even cover the NAV. Disgusting.

All those fancy names they listed in todays RNS must be selling for the SP to be tanking while all the mug retail punters are impressed by said names and providing them with exit liquidity.

I sincerely doubt the regulators will sign off on anything these scumbags offer up as a prospectus. What's being done here is probably even beyond what the crooks running the FCA could stand to be associated with. Absolutely disgraceful by every metric.

The only thing I'm seeing here is a company that has recruited social media influencers and a UTXO affiliated talking head to justify one of the most insulting fundraises I've seen in a very long time.

When you see what they're willing to do to ordinary investors now, it should give you a good indication as to what they're going to do further down the road. This is just a grubby trough for the privileged few.

You can bet any money that all the characters getting on board now will be gone not long after the money lands and the reality of what this company is becomes more apparent.

There's no PR, no plan, no strategy. Just raise as much cash as possible then see where things go from there, and I think we all know where that sort of mentality goes next.

Great opportunity for him and the institutions, but a terrible opportunity for people stupid enough to pay 5p for something that's being sold for 1p.

It's ultimately a binary bet tonight.

5p for a chance news lands tonight or in the morning and spikes the price to 6p-7p, or if there's no news it probably sees the 3p range tomorrow in my opinion.

Taking their time aren't they. What's the delay with SATS. Where's the funding. The offering was supposed to close at the beginning of the week and still nothing. Looks like they're struggling to get cash to me.

Of course, now the institutions are aware SWC is a few months away from listing on the FTSE 250, that is what they're more interested in. SATS will just attract flippers I'd imagine and all their ill gotten gains will be flooding towards the Webley money printer.

You're in for a big surprise if you think that.

Andrew made his intentions clear back in April/May at what price the stock would need to be at for him to start the ball rolling. The stock reached that price within weeks of the stock listing.

Andrew started the listing process months ago in my opinion. I predict SWC will be listed on the FTSE 250 before SATS has stopped drowning in it's own shares by the beginning of October.

I wouldn't be surprised if you get £150m. That's what I'm anticipating as I mentioned early. If they get less it will be a total failure given they were offering shares at 1p that they can dump on retail at 5p. It's a no brainer really.

By the time SATS have their money and US listing. SWC could be sitting on 3000-4000 Bitcoin.

They're already miles behind, not to mention they will be paying a much higher price for Bitcoin meaning their cash won't go as far.

The dream of SATS being the main treasury in the UK is dwindling more and more every single day that they do nothing. SWC will be listing on the LSE soon and they will attract a lot of investment as they already have a lot of attention globally.

For me, SATS just feels like a big grift for certain people to make a lot of money rinsing retail and the only thing left will be a mediocre Bitcoin treasury that will be the less favourable of two in the UK.

Assuming they raise £150m, that means there are going to be 15 BILLION shares landing here.

Not even taking the warrants that are outstanding, this will have a market value of nearly £800m with just £150-£160m in cash and assets at 5p.

Those numbers are pitiful.

I'm looking at the book now. It honestly looks trash.

Look all across social media and chat groups. If people really believed in this they'd be posting like crazy about these "Bargain prices on offer", but there's only you and maybe one or two other people posted anything today. All of a sudden the rampers have all gone quiet now they realise what's going on here.
